PEPPER DESIGN CO. is a full service design firm providing architectural, interior design and procurement services for our clients. We design because we love to help our clients achieve their goals. We are here to guide you through the design process so that together we can make the best possible choices for your space. Our approach to every project is unique, flexible and responsive. Some clients know exactly what they want and others are not so sure where to start. We care about getting to know our clients, what their needs are and incorporating their personal aesthetic into a beautiful, and functional space. While we look out for new trends, we have a clear eye for timeless design and high quality manufacturing. We bring to each project a modern touch while still respecting the historic integrity of the space. Our experience handling fine art and antiques has connected us to many antique dealers and we love to source these products when possible. I hired Kate to redo the living room dinning and kitchen. The project came in on time and budget I love everything that was done. Kate had great ideas worked with me to get the kitchen of my dreams. Kate has a great team of contractor she works with that are both skilled and professional.

My house is old and was shabby and unfinished. I hired Kate Chudy with some trepidation because i wasn’t sure what i wanted and had a limited budget. I’m not really into home decoration and I feared that my house would look studiously done or that Kate would take over. Not at all. She was both sensitive and efficient. Her ideas were always in accord with my own admittedly haphazard sensibility. Over the course of several months she helped me choose countertops, lamps, side tables, rugs, pillows, and over 18 light fixtures, each one different and perfect in its own way. When I decided I wanted to keep my old kitchen table and benches, she found a way to paint and update it. I learned a lot from Kate—without being didactic, she gave me a lot of advice and insight into what it means to live well in a warm and comfortable home.

I worked with Kate and Erik on a kitchen, dining room and living room remodel in our 1970’s split-level home and they were FANTASTIC! They took the time to help us hone in on a look that we love and found us some great products to create a space that we can’t get enough of! I never thought I’d want to spend so much time in the kitchen! ;) The attention to detail provided was second to none. We are still finishing up final touches but our home is now more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! We will, without a doubt, be hiring them again to work on our downstairs living space and bathroom.

We went to Chudy Architecture & Interiors for their e-design services (we are based in Boise, ID) and we could not be happier with the help Kate provided! We needed to change up our living room and had no idea where to start, other than it had to be cozy, beautiful, and dog friendly! She provided us with a bunch of ideas on how to use the room and helped us decide on some fantastic new furniture and colors for the space. She was also very sensitive with our budget and I feel like she really cared about our wants and needs. I recommend their services to anyone!
