We are so grateful to Shelagh! She took our awkward, dated house and transformed it into a beautiful, elegant home. Shelagh is calm, organized and talented. She’s really the whole package and a wonderful soul. To ensure HOA compliance while getting what we wanted, she was a patient, professional advocate for me. Even though this was a major renovation, she made the process easy and enjoyable. On several occasions, Shelagh pushed me out of my design comfort zone and it was so worth it. I could have played it safe but my home wouldn’t have been nearly as special.

Shelagh brought fresh ideas to the design process and helped us see beyond our limited perspective. With her help, we updated our entire home while honoring some of more traditional architectural elements. The space has been completely transformed and is now a more bright, open, and functional. Shelagh is especially good at selecting fixtures, tile, finishes, and fabrics that tie a home together. In a major remodel like ours, selecting everything can be quite overwhelming and lead to decision fatigue. Shelagh helped us envision a new look for our home and then gave us suggestions and samples that we loved immediately. During the construction phase, Shelagh kept on top of the project, communicated frequently with us and the contractor, and responded quickly to questions and issues. She was a patient counselor through many, many decisions that had to be made throughout the process. We are grateful for all Shelagh has done to make our home a beautiful place to live!

WOW! Shelagh and THD blew our minds at every step of the design and build process. It's always scary spending this kind of money and dealing with contractors, etc, but not only did Shelagh come with professionalism and an artists eye, she takes in all feedback from us and is willing to listen, co-generate ideas, and work as a team to create our dream kitchen. Shelagh went above and beyond in several key areas: 1. intaking customer concerns, she knew where we'd get nervous about something and spoke to us as people, meaning she didn't talk to us like just 'another client' or one of her contractors, she treated us like her own family and supported our thoughts throughout the process. 2. follow through, she didn't let anybody off the hook, even when we were 'okay' with something, if the work done didn't meet the expectations she had of herself, she pushed for perfection and on more than one occasion, we found ourselves thankful for that quality in her work. 3. peace of mind, this is a big one for any homeowner, shelagh was available when we had an idea, she picked up the phone when we called with a concern, and we knew from the get-go that she wouldn't sleep unless she knew we were at peace with the process. I can't speak highly enough for his company!

Shelagh Conway helped us transform our 24-year-old home into a beautiful, bright and peaceful space. It’s like a brand new home and exactly what we wanted! Working with Shelagh was amazing. Shelagh did an amazing job on our recent kitchen remodel. We were struggling with a dark, confined space that was no longer working for our growing family of four. She took the time to listen to our needs and created a space that is beyond what i could have envisioned. She truly is a design genius and you will not be disappointed when you hire her for your next project!

Shelagh designed the master bed and bath of my dreams! This started as a master bath/closet remodel only. Her work was so amazing that the scope quickly spread to include a hall bath, laundry room, and dining room as well as miscellaneous items throughout the house. Starting from the bare studs to the finished project, right down to linens, Shelagh designed and managed every detail to perfection. She has an excellent working relationship with the contractor we used and usually the two of them could take care of the day to day questions/issues on their own. I appreciate the time Shelagh took to really understand our tastes and preferences. The final outcome truly exceeded out expectations. I will definitely call her again when it's time for my kitchen and living room remodel.

I visited an Open House of a remodeled home in my neighborhood and knew immediately that I wanted Shelagh Conway, of Triple Heart Design to help me remode my bathroom. On our first visit I shared with her what I was hoping for and presented her with a challenge to give me the new bathroom without changing the existing tile floor based on my budget for the project. On our second visit, when I saw the colors of the tile, granite, cabinets, and walls I knew she had listened to me. Shelagh also provided me with information and vendors to get the items I needed for my contractor. Her expertise and efficiency helped make my remodel easy and the results ended with a “piece of heaven “ with my new beautiful bathroom. I will contact her again for my next project.

We have worked with Triple Heart Design on numerous projects and each one has been a success. Sometimes its a bit of a juggling act balancing clients and designers but Triple Heart Design always does a great job of keeping the project online and clients focused. Designs are unique and creative while still being attainable from a contractors point of view. If the client or myself needs clarification, details, etc. we always get the information right away. If I am not able to build exactly as designed, Triple Heart is always able to provide excellent alternatives that keeps the projects moving and clients happy.
