The atmosphere is welcoming such that when you walk in the door, you join the family that has made JC Plumbing 'n Things a local gem on T.O. Blvd for 3 generations. There's no other plumbing supply house like it in the Conejo Valley!”

“Chris LaPointe provided me with awesome recommendations for products and designs as I did a complete remodel. The bathroom is a showpiece that 10 years later has had no failures, and my tile guy still uses to sell more work to this day. None of this would have been possible without Chris. I remodeled the Kitchen right afterwards and didn't even consider going anywhere else for all my plumbing needs. They have products that could have never been found in a big box store. Keenan is always my first choice.”

“Herk Wright helped us to remodel our entire downstairs eight years ago. I have since hired his company for other projects including a bathroom remodel a few years back. We just hired him again again to remodel our master bath. Herk has done a wonderful job on each of the projects. While he was not our lowest bid, he is professional, his employees are respectful and tidy, and most importantly, he is honest. When we remodeled the downstairs, we completely gutted and reconfigured the kitchen and moved some walls around, replacing some windows, doors, etc. We did use an architect prior to the work, and Herk worked very well with another contractor that was helping us with the construction details. We were careful to write up a contract that included penalties for delays, and he agreed to it, so long as we didn't slow things down by changing our minds. We both made sure that all major decisions were made before we started and the entire job was done in under the alloted 10 week timeframe. I can't say enough about his professionalism. On occasion, he has taken a while to get back to me about a future job, but when the work begins, his communication is excellent.”
