Work included installation of tile floor and backsplash, granite countertops, drywall, removal of wood burning fireplace and replace with gas fireplace, interior doors, painting, lighting, hardwood floors, stair railing, and exterior front door. Everyone who worked on my project was clean cut, respectful and pleasant to be around. They kept the work area clean and work was completed in a timely manner. Project was completed within budget and I was kept informed of all steps along the way. Owner was knowledgeable, honest and on top of every detail. He was always available to answer questions and returned phone calls promptly. They made this large project go smoothly with little disruption to my family. “Our experience with Bob McGinty and LVIC was nothing short of extraordinary. From the beginning of the process, in which Bob provided an honest, collaborative, and professional estimate for our project (finishing our basement), to the daily work of his great crew, to the phenomenal end result of a third level of living space for our home, we were absolutely thrilled at each step of the process.
