John and Abrey were knowledgeable, professional, and meticulous with all details of the project. We love our new bathroom and highly recommend this company!

Our original 1984 master bathroom was a complete gut and remodel by Bathroom and Kitchen Services... and we couldn't be happier! From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Mark Kresge and his incredible team. There were never any surprises, communication was spot on for everything. The quality of work was perfect, and these guys have such amazing personalities you just don't mind having them in your home every day! We highly recommend Bathroom and Kitchen Services. They are a subset of Kresge Contracting, so you use their showroom to plan your bath or kitchen. John and Tom were so easy to work with. They were always accessible by phone, and did a great job. We are beyond thrilled with the bathroom. I should also say that I obtained three quotes, and they were the cheapest, while allowing me to pick my desired materials. Other companies wanted to put in a cookie cutter bathroom with synthetic materials at a higher cost. They listened and guided us with our selections. Here is the proof. Before and after pics.

I recently hired Bathroom and Kitchen Services, LLC to remodel the main bathroom in my home and a half-bathroom in the basement. Both rooms were seriously in need of repairs and updates. From the initial discussion of the project, to the design and selection of finishes and materials being used, the staff made the process very easy. Demolition and construction was very quick. Even with surprises found in the original structure, the staff made the necessary corrections to avoid future problems. Design changes throughout the construction were implemented without any problems. The staff made minimal disruptions to my home during the remodeling process. The project was completed within the timeframe originally promised. I was left with an absolutely beautiful bathroom, which is larger and more functional than before. The half-bath in the basement is now functional as well as beautiful. The quality of work done by Bathroom and Kitchen Services, LLC was exceptional. I was impressed with John Sharpe, who as the project manager, kept me updated on the scheduling and progress of the project. His knowledge and expertise was demonstrated throughout the project. From the relationship that grew from this project, I now consider John as a good and valued friend. I would not hesitate to use Bathroom and Kitchen Services, LLC for future remodeling projects, and would recommend them to anyone.

We have had 3 baths and a kitchen remodeled by this company and they were timely and professional. If there was any issues, they quickly resolved and they back their product after completion.

We picked out an Onyx walk in shower to be installed after they removed the existing bath tub. I would have given 5 stars,but there were a few bumps along the way.the reason for 4 stars was their quick response to those problems and the final product looks great.

I needed a small plumbing repair for bathroom sink.. I was concerned about an expensive "minimum" charge. The rep came out and evaluated what needed done made a parts list and gave us a very reasonable estimate. I accepted and the repair was done that day. Neat and clean. Not any problems since. Very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend for small or large jobs.

I had a bathroom remodeled. I'm very happy with the quality of the work. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed me to use materials I sourced myself as well as what they provided. All of the work surpassed my expectations.
