“I love my new tub and tile. I am likely to hire this company again for my Kitchen remodel after a few other higher priority jobs are done. Cemil and Henry took very good care of us and setting up the job was easy. A few notes about the kind of work asked for. We needed to replace tub, tile and fix plaster damage on the first floor that was directly under a hole in the old tub. Kitchen and Bath Shop solved these issues and the work was wonderful. The workers gave good expectations on when they would arrive on site. They were very respectful and friendly. They took very good care to protect my home from scuffs. There were maybe two small places where grout/plaster ended up in an unexpected place (near my bathroom doorknob and a small splat on my toilet bowl) however I probably just need a putty knife to sand down remove that. No remodel goes perfectly, there was a snafu with the supplier that ended up with us installing a different color accent tile than originally planned. There was also a delay in getting tile, but in the days of Covid, we were prepared for that. However, the company gave us a discount and did not charge for the plaster repair, which more than made up for the alteration. The more I look at the finished product, the more I am happier with the result. Work took seven days to complete, due to a delay in receiving tile. Cemil did mention that it could be up to two weeks to finish the job, so he set realistic expectations. The workers were very professional. And my family can shower like we live in a hotel.”

“I hired O'Hanlon Kitchens to remodel my old farmhouse kitchen. They did an excellent job, despite the unlevel floors and uneven walls. They were very patient while I chose my new counter top and hardware, advising me along the way to give me the best result. Their attention to detail was amazing and the quality of their work was outstanding. The would even sweep the whole floor every day before they went home, so it didn't seem like I was living in the middle of a construction zone. I had obtained bids from other contractors, and O'Hanlon was competitive and really listened to what I wanted in my vision for a new kitchen. “The crew was on time every morning and worked at least part of every day during the period. Length of day depended on what materials had been delivered, whether there was wet paint or spackling that had to be allowed to dry, etc. Our contract called for the work to be done in seven weeks and it was done in six. The final cost was very close to the original estimate and we were notified of any adjustments, plus or minus, when they occurred, so there were no surprises or sticker shock. For example, Steve suggested changing the original plan by moving the toilet to a better location, which would open the bathroom up much more and make it noticeably larger. It was a great idea, but there was a slight additional cost for plumbing and we were told this before the change was made and we approved it. By the same token, an original plan to build a new closet in the adjoining room was dropped and there was a corresponding reduction in the costs. Mickey made two or three visits to our house to scope out possible plans for the new bathroom long before work began. He also spent an entire day with us visiting the various shops that sold the materials we needed, including counter tops, tile, and plumbing fixtures. He also ordered cabinets and other materials to our specifications. The quality of the work was first rate and we are very happy with the new bathroom, closet and hallway. There were some minor fixes and touch ups that were needed in the days following completion of work, and someone was here promptly each day to complete them until we were satisfied. The crew deserves special praise for their excellent work, terrific attitude, professionalism and friendliness. If you are going to have people working in your house for six weeks, these are the kind of guys you want doing the work. We became friends with all of them and will have them back for more work this year. All in all, we could not be happier with Hassle Free Home Improvements and highly recommend the company.”

“I had a fantastic and smooth experience with metropolitan kitchens/ granite for less . From begining to end , everyone we encountered was profesional , skilled and courteous . As with any projects there are always some little details here and there but that comes with the process and you need to be patient.
