“We had received many bids for the project, but Progressive Builder was the only bid where we did not worry about unknown costs. We felt really comfortable working with Adam. Most of the other contractors we spoke with were very hesitant about removing the outdated soffits from the kitchen, and told us that depending on what they found, it could really add to the cost of the project but they were very responsive to our inquiries.
