Due to the natural light coming in from the east through a bay window, Phil suggested that I use a darker shade of my preferred colour on one wall, with a lighter shade on the other 3 walls. I chose grey and the results are fabulous. For the flooring, again with Phil's help and recommendations, I chose a dark wood laminate and just love the finished result. In less than 3 days, Phil moved all the furniture out of the room, removed the old carpet, laid the new floor and replaced all the furniture - leaving no mess behind. “We purchased an older (1969) 4 level split home in Varsity and hired Crafted Edge to completely gut and renovate our new home. We redid all plumbing, electrical, dry wall, and flooring. With the help and support of Crafted Edge and their designer we significantly changed the layout. The basement was unfinished so we finished it and created a media room, spare bedroom, and added a bathroom. On the next level, we changed a bedroom into a beautiful office with a patio door, we also moved some walls to open the room up. On the main level, we knocked out the walls and made the kitchen and living room open concept with lots of light (and gorgeous tile in the kitchen!). The upstairs level we made 3 bedrooms into 2 big bedrooms. In the master bathroom, we made 2 bathrooms into one beautiful big bathroom with a steam shower, free-standing tub surrounded by beautiful tile, and a heated floor. We also added a bathroom with a shower to the other bedroom upstairs. We are so happy with our renovation! This was a huge project that required so much coordination and it was incredibly easy. Our designer even met us at lighting, plumbing, flooring, and furniture stores and gave us recommendations about what would work well in our new home. Crafted Edge was trustworthy, reliable, and on schedule and we would highly recommend them!”

“I hired HDMI designs to replace a previous contractor who was taking far to long and doing a sub par job and “WOW” what a difference! Dwayne and his team started right away and worked everyday until it was completed. They laid out mats in my home to cover the carpet and flooring which kept the place clean. One of the things I noticed was Dwayne’s entire sub contracting team was very polite and had only nice things to say about Dwayne. It was clear they had a strong history.
