Oftentimes, projects like this are tough, especially living in the space while the renovation is in process, but they made the experience as smooth as possible. “I called Linden Kitchen and Bath for a consultation to update our 60+ kitchen and dining area. Michelle had been highly recommended and when she came to our home she had wonderful ideas. Her estimate was acceptable and the work began. Our kitchen was "gutted"! We selected cupboards, hard wood flooring, colors for paint, plantation shades, shutters, granite counters, and new appliances. Michelle was by my side during the entire remodeling. My every concern was handled immediately!”

They worked with us to make an attractive major redesign to our 30 year old kitchen and advised us on what was just "nice to have" and what we really needed to have to make this an outstanding renovation. In the end it was not only extremely functional and attractive, it came in $2000 under our budget.”

“Runyan Brothers Construction is the best! From the moment I met Scot he was professional and compassionate at the same time. We asked a lot of Scot and his team we wanted to be back home in 90 days to celebrate my twin granddaughters 1st birthday. His team began with demolition of the the house lost to fire. They worked diligently and handed me keys to my home in 88 days. They worked closely with my insurance company keeping the project within the budget. Scot offered guidance showing his knowledge and experience in his field while respecting me and my choices. Everyone working on the project was respectful my family (visiting daily) and of my neighbors (keeping the area safe).”

“We LOVE our new shower and bathroom floor! I called several contractors to get a quote on this job. Some never showed up. Some came and measured but never gave us the quote and others had quotes that were unaffordable. Roger came when he said he would and gave us a prompt quote that was very affordable. He helped with the tile selection and made the process enjoyable. He said the job would take one week and it did. His men were very courteous and respectable of our home. They showed up on time everyday. They worked hard and were very particular and precise with their work, always cleaning up at the end of the day. If I needed to call Roger, he would either take my call or tell me he would call right back- and did!! My husband and I would highly recommend Roger and Best Deal Building and Bath. I was really hesitant in the beginning but they came on the manufacturers truck and were hand delivered by the manufacturers guys. I've only had to replace 2 hinges but other than that everything arrived correctly. Wouid absolutely use again.”
