“Norman and his team managed the entire remodel of a rent house for us in Houston. What began as cosmetic updates became a full-scale update of a very old house. From A/C, Electric, plumbing, sewage, floors, windows, interior and exterior doors, drywall, paint and gutters. This project was extremely complex and Norman managed it with excellent service and communication, documentation and budgetary transparency. We confidently recommend Bager to effectively manage any construction job to satisfaction.”

“We were referred to NG Platinum Homes by a friend. We were looking to get all the secondary bathrooms remodeled. After initial consultation at our house, they left us a folder with previous job pictures and a step by step guide of the next steps, they emailed us a quote after one day. They have a different approach to construction and it was very efficient. After approving their quote, Nadine met us in our house and listened to our ideas, we then went shopping with her. She took us to some very nice tile shops that we had no idea about. After shopping for the fixtures, wall color, sink, faucets and tile we called it a day. Two days later Nadine had our design with our picked materials. Construction started after they received all the items. We were done with construction within 2 weeks and i was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the crew and their respect for our house. Quality is top notch. Everything is symmetrical as she checked on them everyday. Project Manager James was very courteous and punctual. They notified us a day before making any excessive noise which was during the demo. They finished that in one day. This is a great company and she runs things very efficiently.”

The project budgets and time lines were reasonable and accurate. Our projects included: a complete bathroom gut to studs and remodel, the removal of a room dividing fireplace and wall, the complete resurfacing or my downstairs, hardwood floor patching, custom cabinetry, wallpaper, etc.”

They were able to provide a wide variety of material selection but yet not an overwhelming selection of: fabrics, paint samples, rock and flooring. They also guided us after the projects in regards to buying art and finishing touches that helped tie the entire look together. “Ashwood Designs built custom cabinets over my washer dryer. No easy feat as our wash room is nestled under stairs with a sloping ceiling. The crew arrived on the designated day and built the cabinets on site matching the style and color of the existing cabinets. The job was finished on time and the crew cleaned and touched up afterward. It was a pleasure to deal with his company. No surprises! We could not be more pleased with the detail and precision of the work.”
