I was impressed with his precision and attention to detail (he might even have me beat...which, if you know me, is saying something, LOL). We hired him a second time to do our fireplace surround. Again, excellent job. We've now hired him a third time to redo our master shower. This project is no small feat. He's turning an outdated, sunken shower into a modern, curbless one, including changing the footprint. We're mid project, but so far, so good. I have no doubt it's going to be awesome when done. We've hired a fair number of contractors in our day and it's hard to find someone who actually cares about their work. In that way, Nilson has been refreshing. He's really focused on getting things just right. He's polite, punctual and communicates well. I'm the type of person who wants to know all my options about things like where exactly the shower box will sit, how the shower drain is centered on the floor and how the tile will be cut around the edges. Nilson has patiently walked through it all with me. In fact, several times he's brought up things I wouldn't know to ask, but figured I'd want to know. So appreciated. Highly recommended. P.S.
