“My kitchen was 30-40 years old and falling apart. Cory helped me find what I wanted. His men were immediate, efficient, polite, fast and skilled. They coordinated beautifully with Mapleworks (see other review) who did the remodel and cabinets. They had the counter tops and tile installed in one day at the perfect time. The results are beautiful. The countertops are beautiful white quartz with flecks of gray, silver and sparkle that pick up the stainless steel appliances. The glass tile backsplash is yellow, white,gray and silver to pick up floor paint, etc. The price below is the entire job (cabinets, paint, etc) which was done in the space of a month.”

“I highly recommend this contractor. Last year I hired Gibson Construction to renovate a medium size guest bathroom and hallway closet. It was a complete redesign and overhaul, not just a cosmetic update. My design plan required someone with the skill to move both electrical and plumbing fixtures, and find solutions to several of my rather demanding requests including "out of the floor" bathtub plumbing, installation of pocket doors and detailed tile work. It was a very complicated job that required great skill, experience and attention to detail. They did such an amazing job that this year I hired them to build a large walk in closet and renovate the master bathroom. This required removing a load bearing wall, installing a support beam in the attic, moving furnace/AC unit from a hall closet into the attic, and removing a gas water heater while installing a tankless water heater in order to utilize wasted space from the original design of my 1950s built home. They also installed a larger exterior window and built some custom cabinetry. The Gibson Construction crew and its owner, George Gibson, did an outstanding job. The owner personally supervised all aspects of the work. He made sure that each aspect of the job was performed by only the most skilled professionals in each construction field who often worked along side of the owner to accomplish each project. From the plumber, to the electrician, to the tile installers, painters, framing/drywall, floor installation, glass door, etc - they were all the best of the best. Each aspect of the job was done to perfection. The crew showed up on time each day and worked long days to get the job done with little interruption to my home. They provided a detailed schedule and stuck to it. The cost of the project met the quote and budget that was agreed to in the quote. There were no surprises. The workmanship was precise and of the highest quality. In addition to providing highly skilled work, the entire crew contributed to my design plan with helpful ideas for placement of fixtures based on their years of experience knowing what works the best in terms of functionality. The tile grout lines are not only perfect but the design is beautiful. In addition to the workmanship, probably the most important factor in my high recommendation is the ability of this contractor to trouble shoot, solve problems and take responsibly for the work. When you do a renovation, you will encounter issues, no matter how skilled the contractor is. We had some of the plumbing and lighting materials arrive with defective parts. I was responsible for providing fixtures per my own request. This contractor and his plumbing/electrical crews immediately determined what was wrong with the products and he helped me exchange them with new fittings that solved the problems. I have done renovations in the past with other crews and they do not respond to problems in such a responsible manner. Anyone who has done renovations know that when problems arise, many contractors will run and hide and not answer their phone. This contractor will dig in, find the defective item that is causing the issue, and solve the problem quickly while keeping the schedule on track. The end results of my bathrooms and closets are incredible. Whether a smaller job like a guest bathroom or large project like a master bath and closet, this contractor gives the same level of attention to workmanship. Honest, hard working and reliable. A contractor and crew like this is hard to find.”

“Removal of bathtub replaced with a shower in small 2 bedroom, one bath condo. Unique shower design. Removed old carpet and tile and replaced with tile floor (resembles wood). The prep work was very difficult due the condo being on the second floor and the laying of the floor tiles was very difficult due to the odd shape of the rooms. They were very good at providing information on the most economical purchase of flooring and shower remodel products and additional services required. They were very good and making sure the final product met my expectations.”
