“Bathroom remodeling affected us two ways. First, the excitement of finally after twenty-two years getting a new master bathroom. Second, comes the dreaded search for a master contractor. We asked friends, looked over ads and turned towards Yelp. It was decided that we would settle for no less than a five star rating wanting to avoid the pitfalls so often heard about shady contractors. The ALC Remodel team arrived (Gabriel and Luan) dressed nicely in company shirts and a nice honest proposal of which we finally accepted. Prior to start, Gabriel de Franca, gave us a list of supplies that we could purchase (at the local box store) using my military discount. It saved us allot on our big items like our bidet, sinks and shower head units. Day one began, as each day, with the crew covering our bedroom furniture and rug with plastic. The destruction phase is the worst, but ALC did all they could to limit the dust including a plastic door that effectively sealed off the work area. We watched carefully as the ALC folks (Joseph and Jonas) came each day, always on our requested time and finished after a full day’s work in time for us to have a nice dinner and evening. Payments were divided into four segments, each paid at completion of a phase. We paid nothing up front. ALC’s work was completed within the agreed time line below original estimate. The final product is stunning! STUNNING! What makes the look so special is the workmanship. Maybe the right word is artist for each tile, every marble panel, even the final touches to paint and presentation was just perfect. Final thoughts; we were so impressed by ALC Remodel. More than just a team, the company is family and the work absolutely shows through. If we could give Six Stars we would gladly give them ALL SIX!”

“Scott, David and their subcontractors did a great jobs for us. The flooring crew took out the existing hard flooring, including both ceramic tile and pre-finished wood. They replaced them with continuous pre-finished wood through multiple rooms and kept the pattern perfect. The paint crew painted the entire interior of the house and made it look like new. Lastly, they replaced the carpet in several more rooms. During the construction, our regfrigerator went out and they helped us get it replaced as well. We could not be happier.”

“Terri and her team did an amazing job renovating the house and backyard. The project was very big started in February and finished in November. Before that, we actually fired a GC because poor job quality and super high price they asked. The project includes interior renovation (February to August) and backyard building of a cabana by the pool. We are very satisfied with their work. The interior includes painting, cabinetry, electric, bathroom renovation and convert attic space into storage rooms. Their work quality is great, and Terri knows a lot to suggest ways to make the room look better, such as a better combination of colors for base board, crown, door and wall and ceiling colors. They built five whole build-in cabinets that filled in the whole wall and they are great. Their bathroom remodeling is wonderful, the amazing pattern they eventually made along with our bathtub is totally beyond our expectation. For the backyard cabana project, they built a large cabana with kitchen and bar, nicely finished with a lot of features. Next to the cabana, they built a bathroom with shower. They also built a gas fire pit behind the cabana. Terri managed the whole backyard project including determined the pool company for us and made sure the progress of the project. Terri is very responsible for her work. When there is anything we do not like or need a little bit more work, she always does that immediately. We had a smooth communication. Everyone on her team is also very nice and polite, always protect our belongings in the house from construction, and never be loud to affect our life. They are great people too. Most important, Terri's price is reasonable and unbeatable. We will definitely work with Terri again in the future.”

“This brother/sister team genuinely cared about the entire project, the quality of the work done, & whether or not we were completely satisfied. It was a very refreshing change from contractors we have dealt with in the past. Their sub-contractors were excellent & trustworthy. There was never any concern about valuables, etc. with any of Terry & Christel's people. Terry was onsite for a great deal of the project. He was always willing to pick up things, make suggestions, & do some of the work himself when needed. Christel was very helpful in suggesting design ideas. Our renovation was a total gut job of the kitchen/dining/living room area, so it was major & took several weeks.
