“I have contracted with Smith Building Group several times, for jobs big and small. At each turn, David Smith and his employees were professional, prompt, and efficient. There were times when I had an idea, and asked David for guidance. He never hesitated to walk me through a project, provide design ideas, discuss materials, cost, time frames. Jobs would start and finish on schedule - and if there was a change, communication was prompt and clear. David always comes back to inspect the work done. There was one instance when the job was not to David's satisfaction, and he had his worker re-do it. I found that to be quite impressive. I have recommended Smith Building Group to friends, and have heard similar feedback from them.”

“I cannot recommend this great family business enough! I hired them last year for a full kitchen renovation, and they were able to complete the project with no major issues. They were extremely professional and payed attention to every little detail, giving me the kitchen I have always wanted. “I had a great experience with Bob! I found Bob after searching the web for Professionals near me. After meeting with a few different professionals Bob seemed the best for me and my project. He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me! This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. He treated everything with the best respect in our new home. I highly recommend Bob to anyone needing a great professional.”

Not only is the Principal, Barry Hefetz a talented, hard working contractor, he is highly intelligent, motivated, honest and fair. Barry went above and beyond to please me and my clients and worked with us patiently through every detail of all phases of our construction project. I cannot say enough positive comments about my experience of working with him and his construction crew. BC 11 Construction were respectful of the neighbors, the building property at all times, and above all sought to work with me and my clients to resolve all construction issues that cropped up (as they do in all design projects). “Our condo was leaking internally along one wall, and we had Shafayet come out to look at the leaks and give us a quote on restuccoing the outside wall. Shafayet was extremely professional and fairly priced - around $6,000 for one wall, with 30 year window caulking included. It took a few months to decide on who we were going to go with, and in that timeframe Shafayet was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. We ended up hiring him and his team started about 2 weeks later. They finished the job within 2 weeks and were very accommodating, especially with the way we access our backyard (only the 1st floor apt has access to the yard, so everyone had to use the basement window to get to the backyard). Our building is a 3 unit condo and while I was the main contact for Shafayet, he still worked with the other 2 owners and listened to their questions/requests. I would definitely recommend Multi Construction Company, and I would hire them again. So far no leaks along that wall, and we have had a few storms since they finished.”

“Artline completed a full renovation of my apartment: 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting and fireplace remodelling plus much more. Abe and his crew were fantastic to deal with and kept me well informed throughout the process. They were extremely professional at all times and worked tirelessly to help me create my dream home within the budget I had. Even more impressive is that Artline managed to complete the entire job without one complaint from my coop. In fact several neighbors mentioned how considerate and tidy they were. Could not recommend this company more highly.”
