“Because of Dan's expertise and thoughtful and beautiful design, we have the kitchen of my dreams. Dan had been highly recommended to me by two friends who had him design their kitchens within the past 20 years as well as by a friend who is involved in artistic design as well. When we began, he visited our home, and we talked quite a while. He listened to my ideas as well as making suggestions of his own. He took measurements, and I could tell how thorough he was. We visited his showroom and then selected cabinets, flooring, tiles, counter tops from sources he knew were reliable. His drawings were beautiful, and although we tweaked a few things as we went along, the final product is even better than the vision we both came up with. He turned a 70's house with an 80's kitchen into a gorgeous, picture-perfect 2016 kitchen. We could not be happier. He was generous with his time, his expertise, his advice and his leadership. His workmen were of the highest caliber. They always showed up on time and did fine work, taking great care with our existing rooms. I recommend Dan Roberts and his crew very highly and without reservation. In fact, I have already given his name to relatives and other friends.”

Lynn added ideas without being pushy, creativity without being overbearing, and project management that felt like we were working with a very knowledgeable friend. We interviewed countless others and found others that were cheaper, faster, or flashier. But we ended up with two top quality bath / shower remodels that were on time, on budget, and spectacular.... and a new friend!”

“We are very pleased with Tom's work and professionalism. Tom completed a 400+ sq ft room addition that included a bathroom and closet. It was a very large project for us and Tom did an excellent job in walking us through the entire process. What we appreciated most about working with Tom was responsiveness, his knowledge and expertise on a wide range of construction topics, and his attention to detail. He was also tech saavy so it was convenient to communicate with him via various mobile apps. Tom consistently and frequently kept us up to date regarding the details of our project. He was also very neat and clean and did his best to keep the dust and debris contained in the work areas. This was extremely helpful and important for us since we have two little children and lived in the residence during the work. He was also very courteous to our neighbors and explained to them what he was doing if it effected them. With such a large project, it made a world of a difference with who you're working with and our experience with Tom was great. The entire project from breaking ground to completion lasted about 3.5 months and we were very pleased with the quality of work. Tom did a great job and we would definitely call him again for future projects and recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.”

“We had them build shelves in our bonus room, which has a slanted ceiling. They turned out great! We are very happy with their work, and found them very pleasant to work with. They didn't make a mess, and we felt like we could trust them in our house. The only problem we had at all was a that their painter wasn't able to finish painting our wainscoting in a timely manner, so we had to do it ourselves.”

“Fine Remodel transformed my basement walkout and patio into a showplace while also resolving issues I had with drainage and water collecting near my home's foundation. They installed a remotely located French drain and remodeled my patio with paving stones to create a work of art. Their crew was courteous and always cleaned up after the days work, keeping the work area safe for my family and looking neat. The work was performed within budget and on schedule, while giving me advance notice of what work was being performed, and when. They have my highest recommendation. Glen Hawkins”

“Shawn Aya of Aya Homes built the home that we bought. He built this house with a lot of quality in it. The workmanship was very good. The house has lot of upgrades that he put in the house. Some of the upgrades are 8 foot high insulated ceiling in the garage, a passive radon system, three-quarter inch stained solid wood floor, tray ceilings in all bedrooms, under kitchen cabinets LED lights, wider stairs to the basement, decora light switches to name a few. We built the house finished. Most of the upgrades he built into the house, we did not add them. We do not know anything about the project dates, costs, and deadlines.”

“Ace was very knowledgeable about finishing basements. They came in with a lot of great ideas but ultimately let my husband and I choose how to finish it. They were clean, fast and thorough. If I ever had a problem or concern they were quickly figuring it out and making it work. We had a slight issue with a cabinet and it ended up having to be redone because of a last minute change and they still got it made and installed before our project deadline. I never knew anyone was there working on my house it was as if it magically got done while I went about doing my own things. They were reasonably priced and offered a lot of great information.”
