“Had Shane take off old mirrors in bath. We had custom cabinets put in that we're mad for us taller people. He had to repair drywall,install new cabinets. The bathroom is much more modern looking. He was easy to work with and did a great job. Highly recommend! Totally pleased with what he did for our master bath. Professional and always communicated with us.”

“We were very impressed with Trace Venture's work when we went to see a friend's kitchen they have renovated. It was beautiful and impressive. So, we decided to work with them in renovating our kitchen and den. It was the best decision we made. We were assigned a person, Mr. Mike Fly, who stayed at the site everyday and actually we began to see him as family. It was the middle of winter with three dogs in the house. Mike made sure that we had privacy and limited interference with our daily routine. The end result was more than we expected. We love our custom made cabinets, hutch and pantry. Our den is very comfortable and bright. We receive compliments from our friends concerning not only the built-ins but also the quality of work. Thank you Trace Ventures.”

“Last year The Merrill Construcion Group remodeled a Master Bath, a Studio and enclosed a hot patio for us. We are enjoying these improvements to our home so much! They did an excellent job. The sub-contractors were very fine workers with above average skills. They were on the job and we were finished very close to the time that was allotted for the work. “Hartert-Russell built a custom entertainment unit with shelves and two side desks for our bonus room. Initially I came to them just knowing I needed storage and wanted to spice up the room but didn't know exactly what I wanted it to look like. Ian and his designers developed several different design ideas based on my budget and we love the end result. No detail was missed from the soft-close doors, to hidden power strips, to warm hidden lighting, and the craftsmanship is better than anything I've ever seen. You can tell they love what they do and have a passion for this space as it shows in their interactions as well as their work. I would recommend them to anyone, and can't wait to come up with another project to have them help with!”

“I had my bathroom update by having a new vanity install with a really nice faucet, new toilet with a no slam seat, new light fixture, water proof laminate flooring and a fresh coat of paint. The space felt really warm and fresh.”
