We had selected Fantasy brown dolomite (which they sold us for a great price compared to what we had found) and after they had finished installing, the next day I found couple of dark spots on the island countertop (which looked like hand prints). So, I called Moudy and told him. He promised to come back the next day to look at it. But I'm not going to lie, I doubted they will come out again just from past experience with contractors, but sure enough they did. They cleaned the dark marks in couple of minutes and they left. I was really amazed with the Giza Granite customer service and I will certainly use them again for my future projects.”

“My condo needed some major updating and I knew finding the right contractor would be daunting. I tried getting referrals but none of the referrals panned out so decided to try find a contractor online. I highly recommend Luciano as a contractor. I interviewed several contractors initially which was very confusing. Many of which were project managers where I was seeking a contractor to manage my renovation project and also do the work to cut down cost. In the end I selected a contractor who was knowledgeable and experienced, gave me a reasonable cost estimate for work to be performed, scheduled payment after completing work, and whom I felt was reliable/ trustworthy. He did not disappoint. My first meeting with Luciano I was put at ease. He did not put any pressure on me to work with him. He showed me some of his previous jobs. He broke down all the work and the labor costs for each task. I was able to compare with other quotes and found his to be very reasonable and met my budget. We worked it out that he provided the labor and I would pay for materials on my own which I appreciated having control of. After signing contract Luciano was very eager to start the job. Throughout the job, he would return my calls, provide updates, and give me recommendations. He would suggest where I should buy my materials from to save on costs. He knew where to save money on flooring, cabinetry, tile, and windows. He was experienced working with HOAs and tried to minimize disruptions to the complex. The only downside is that the project took longer than I expected but sometimes that happens with any home improvement. Overall I am impressed by his work ethic and his craftsmanship. I will definitely hire again for future home improvement projects.”
