“G.I.K. painting performed drywall repair on two different areas of our home. One area was a section of ceiling that was damaged due to a roof leak. The second area was in a small laundry closet due to a leaky pipe. Both areas were completed by G.i.k. and the work was very well done. “As a designer of luxury additions and kitchens, I prefer to recommend the general contractor so I know my client will get top notch treatment. There are a few great ones in this town. But in this case the client brought the contractor in, and what a pleasant surprise it has been! Brian Oltmanns and his project manager Mike have been wonderful to work with. The level of communication between them and the clients, who naturally are inquisitive about a process of which they know little, has been fantastic. Their subcontractors are excellent. They have exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Central Construction. I look forward to working with them again. I will post project photos at a later date.”
