Shelby was always sure to maintain a clean workspace and keep our house free of debris during our renovation. Our project involved remodeling a bathroom in our house built in 1970. There were several challenges Shelby uncovered and overcame. Our project involved taking the bathroom walls, floor, and ceiling down to the studs., Shelby reworked plumbing, rerouted and modified electric, removed a very heavy bathtub, installed floor and wall tile, installed a new toilet, shower, and vanity. He painted walls, installed shower doors, put in all new plumbing and light fixtures, and all associated wooden trim. Shelby has a very broad skillset and was able to work through any problem he encountered. Additionally, Shelby is very polite and was respectful of our home. We would highly recommend Highlands Home Services for any type of renovation work needed in your home. The quality of Shelby's work is second to none.”

“I have had multiple services provided by this company and Brent in particular. I've had them install Christmas lights for 3 years now. A large project to redesign a fireplace area with drywall and granite. Enclose the back of the fireplace with drywall and a chair rail. Close up an interior window with drywall. Plumbing- kitchen faucet, tub drain and caulking. Electrical- addition of ceiling lights, basement workshop lights, workshop outlets, additional outlets for a bookcase, outdoor sensor lighting. Installation of ceiling fans. Sump pump repair, replacement of battery. Misc repairs with cabinet door hinges, minor roof repairs, installation of screen door. Every experience has been very positive. I get quick call backs, scheduling is flexible and timely. I appreciate the care in which projects are completed , from explanations and planning, quality of products and service, to clean up and follow up. Extremely professional and would eagerly recommend them, and I have to friends and family. I like that the same person can work on multiple projects and is familiar with my home and wish list. Corey and his team removed outdated and worn down countertops in the kitchen and replaced with custom and modern epoxy coatings on the countertops that makes the kitchen feel more like home. Corey also replaced the kitchen sink and lighting fixtures and offered his recommendation when I asked his opinion. The bathroom was completely redone with new paint for the walls, new tile for the floor, a new toilet, bathroom sink, and walk-in shower that looks fabulous! “Ben and his team were excellent. We were very pleased with all aspects of the kitchen remodel. The price was very fair. The project was done in a timely fashion and very professional throughout the job. When there were small problems they were quickly resolved. The kitchen was completely redone - they did all the demo, helped with design, installed cabinets, moved the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher to a new location. A granite company installed the countertops. We did have someone else instal new floor at their suggestion to save a little money (the new floor was for the living room, kitchen and laundry room).
