“We hired Royal Kitchens to totally renovate our kitchen, which included eliminating a baring wall, and pushing out another wall about two feet. The Royal Kitchen team, and the construction team they work with, were always respectful, efficient, friendly, and dedicated to their work. The construction, cabinet installation, painting, etc. was of high quality. Any concerns about design or budget were addressed right away. Our renovation ran from April to June, and during this time I never felt that they were intruding on my home, or my privacy. I trusted their whole team in my home, and I was comfortable in continuing to take my dog out on her daily walk and leave them alone in my house.”

“Ross Brown is the owner of Romber Works. He just finished two projects for me, a cedar railing for the front porch and a wall-to-wall closet for my granddaughter's room. He is the ultimate craftsman! Ross was precise in his drawings, gave great suggestions, and finished the installation of the closet in two days. He was neat and meticulous in every aspect of the job. My granddaughter loved the soft-close drawers, and my son and his wife were impressed with his work. Moreover, he was a very pleasant and likeable man. I would certainly use him again and highly recommend him. In fact, he will be doing more work for us, and my son wants him to do another smaller closet in the den later this year. I am so glad we found him!!!!”

“Bob Pietropaolo from ETC Remodel was the driving force behind our bathroom renovation project’s amazing results. His years of experience, meticulous attention to planning and detail and his network of other talented tradespeople in the area all contributed to our renovation’s success. We love our home; it is rather unique as it is a log home which in turn brings a whole host of renovation challenges and limitations. Bob was undaunted and in fact came up with several alternative solutions that were far better than our original ideas. So much so that we decided to refresh another bathroom that shares a wall with the bathroom being totally renovated. A change of scope that Bob was able to incorporate into the renovation project. Bob and his team kept an immaculate workspace and were extremely respectful of our home; taking care to cover & protect everything. A major factor when you are living in a house during renovations! The end results of both bathrooms far exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms are beautiful, functional, and modern but still mesh wonderfully with the wood charm of our home.”

“We decided to go to the Happ's showroom and look around for kitchen ideas. We met with Tom Clark and discussed our current kitchen and the problems it had and what we were hoping to accomplish in a new kitchen. He knew exactly what I wanted after I described it to him and started to map out my new kitchen. We decided on Happ's because it was a one-stop deal and we didn't have to worry about any price changes or additional costs after we signed the contract. His no surprise guarantee was music to my ears! We did negotiate a price we were both agreeable to. I was then told to look at cabinets, granite samples, tile and cabinet pulls and knobs and to pick out what I wanted. I felt like a kid in a candy store! Mike N. was the lead on constructing my kitchen. He is very skilled and talented and a perfectionist! My kitchen belongs in a magazine it is so beautiful! Tom actually put it on his post cards he sends out to advertise his design center. I cannot say enough about Tom, Tim and Mike and the rest of the crew who made my dream kitchen a reality!
