He spent a good deal of time getting to know us, our ideas and visiting our home. He then offered several different design possibilities with schematics, working with us to modify those plans to fit our space and needs. He then suggested and worked with us to decide on materials (cabinets, countertops, shelving, etc.). He was very pleasant and patient dealing with us, project delays and the inevitable glitches in a project this size and scope. It was a pleasure to work with him and get to know him.
