She paid great attention to detail, made multiple revisions and knew her products inside and out. She was always patient and accommodating and worked to keep our plans within budget. She had great vision as to design and layout as well as color and hardware choices for the cabinets. Needless to say, Crown Point Cabinets are of outstanding quality and beauty. “Niki Vanderpoel worked with us in creating a new kitchen as well as vanity for a new bath. Niki was incredibly creative and worked very hard to keep us within budget but achieving the look that we were striving for. Niki even accompanied me to the tile store when I was uncertain of backsplash choices. Together we picked tiles in under ten minutes- she brought all the cabinet samples and colors. She has an excellent eye in all things design related. Plus(big plus), Niki was fun to work with- and I am old enough to be her mother!”

JoAnn has been a blessing in order to find challenges in the design and give alternative to fix any problems. She does not want to sell you just the most expensive stuff, but those materials that really match your style. You can tell she listens and understands what a customer wants. I found a very high level of style in their products as well as in their recommendations. I do not hesitate to recommend Rotella to anyone in the area that is in the remodeling process! I cannot wait to see everything put together in out new master bathroom!”

“After consulting with many kitchen designers, from the Saratoga Springs N.Y. area, Adam Cyr from R.K. Miles in Manchester, VT was outstanding. We chose to work with Adam because he really listened to our concerns and incorporated just about every "wish list item" that we gave him for our kitchen remodel. He was extremely patient with our design requests and was very creative in changing the layout of our kitchen space. I would recommend R.K.Miles because of Adam Cyr. Great service!”

“Annette was very professional from day one in designing our kitchen, bath, dining room. Her knowledge of all aspects of of the design phase was top notch. She was very conscious of deadlines and getting materials ordered in a timely manner. We were working within a certain budget, and she was able to keep costs where we wanted them.However, she still found great quality materials for our project. I highly recommend her as a designer for any interior project!”
