She helped us assess our needs, select all the bathroom fixtures and components (including an easy access tub and other features for an aging couple), and recommend stone and tile materials, colors and patterns. She prepared the plan, professional drawings and list of components that was adopted and used by our contractor, and she promptly revised the plans when demolition of the old bathroom showed unexpected structural issues. She also was effective in advocating for us when we had a few minor disagreements with our contractor--all resolved amicably to our satisfaction.
