“I wanted to treat myself to an updated closet. Thought about DIYing it, but called Closet Factory instead to get an estimate. They sent Moogie K and i am so glad that they did. She is simply THE BEST! She is very professional, respectful and personable! If she says she will have info to you by a certain time, she means it! She went above and beyond to help me out. I had no clue how much such a project would cost, but Moogie worked within my budget. She followed up with me regarding everything. She even stopped by while the installers were here and I really really appreciated that! Once I got my initial project done I called for a follow up to get an additional piece(a dresser) to complete the look. Called my girl Moogie and she did not disappoint! I brag about her to anyone who will listen. I have referred her to two friends and once this covid19 is over, they will be calling her! ...AND so will I to help complete other projects! I LOVE Moogie K as a consultant and as a person! Nothing like working with and knowing GOOD people and that is Moogie K of the Closet Factory!”

“The team at AKA listened to our project goals, made fantastic suggestions for features we had not thought of, and ultimately designed a kitchen for us that we love so much (both looks and functionality) that we hired them to do second one!!”

“We hired Ellene to draw a plan for our home renovation, which involved enlarging our kitchen, enclosing a sunroom, and reconfiguring an existing den. While other neighbors with the same model house had done projects to expand their kitchens, we wanted to use the combined space to get an additional bedroom, small bathroom, and larger kitchen while at the same time only reducing the den slightly. After taking measurements, Ellene spent hours discussing with us how we could best use the space to meet our needs. She asked detailed questions to make sure we would have adequate storage, that the kitchen would conveniently accommodate appliances large and small, and that the new layout would work for our busy family. She was a valuable resource as we made decisions about types of appliances, pantry design, and much more. Five years after the renovation was completed, I can say the money we paid Ellene (just a tiny percentage of the total project!) was money very well spent. We are thrilled with the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and den, and at no point have I said "I wish I would have done X, Y, or Z differently." I have gotten Ellene's input on other home improvements since then, and she always adds a valuable perspective and is a pleasure to work with.”

“The Model Home Look remodeled our 5x11 hall bath. The project included the removal of all the existing fixtures and tile, replumbing the toilet to accommodate a larger vanity, replacement of the existing window, new lighting, and exhaust fan. We were very happy with the result. Mike Ford the company president and his crew did a terrific job. Like any project thee were some minor issues but they responded very quickly to resolve any problem, We selected Model Home Look from three proposals and would recommend them.”

“Finesse was amazing! They remodeled our kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, installed a new HVAC, all new internal doors, some new windows, blew out a wall and put in new French doors, moved our washer/dryer upstairs and built new closets and storage space. We had multiple rooms that were stripped down to the studs and the floor and tile was replaced We have two children under the age of 4 and lived in the house with them and our dog through the whole thing and they made it possible. The people who work with them are amazing! They came early, stayed late and often worked on weekends. Elizabeth has great taste and worked with our taste and our budget to get what we wanted. Finesse stayed within budget and timeline even though we added items! We still have some things we'd like to do and hope to work with Finesse in the future!”

“Signature KAB did a complete remodel of our kitchen. The finished product is both beautiful and functional. We relied heavily on Joe's expertise in the basic design and the choice of finishes. We're glad we did. His experience and design sense enabled him to envision the finished product in a way we never could. By midway through the project, my standard response to any design question was "ask Joe". Mario & Luis did the actual construction work. They were personable, considerate, and meticulous in their work. They clearly took great pride in the quality of their work and great pleasure in our satisfaction with their work. Three events characterize our experience with Signature. 1. In the past 10 years, I had managed to lose 2 diamond wedding bands in my kitchen. I had given up all hope of ever finding them. Mario and Luis found both as they tore out our old kitchen. Their pleasure in showing them to me was only surpassed by my pleasure in their recovery! 2. Mario and Luis worked until 8 PM on the night before Thanksgiving so I would have working appliances for the holiday. 3. When we found a leak in our basement one evening, the owner of the company, Gary Case, showed up at our door an hour later. Mario and Luis showed up an hour earlier the next morning to fix the problem. We were so pleased with our kitchen, we contracted to have Signature remodel our powder room and foyer.”

“I worked with Anna twice - two Master bathrooms in two different houses. Her design sense is excellent and the products turned out better than I imagined both times! I recommended her to my neighbors and she ended up doing several more remodels in the neighborhood. I would absolutely work with her again.”

“We recently employed Design Kitchens and Bath, a family owned and operated company, to remodel and enlarge our kitchen. The remodeling included new flooring, all new cabinetry, granite countertops, new and improved lighting, stone backsplash installation, painting, and new energy efficient windows. An interior wall was removed to greatly increase kitchen size. The performance of Design Kitchens and Bath was outstanding. They designed a floor plan based on our input, and were very helpful in the selection of cabinet style, flooring, color coordination, and numerous other remodeling decisions. This greatly eased the ordeal of the remodeling project. The project started on schedule and was completed within the timeline provided at contract signing. The craftsmanship of the finished product is superb and we are delighted with the outcome. It greatly enhances the value of our property. We would highly recommend Design Kitchens and Bath to anyone who wants to work with a quality home remodeling company at a reasonable price. Robert and Lynne H.”

“Savena's firm custom designed and built two projects for me - a wall-long master closet, and a challenging solution to a room set off only by an exposed structural column. The first project was beautifully executed, and seemed magically to double my closet space due to the ingenious understanding of space. The second project resulted in a frame with an elegant arch which is now the most striking feature of my living room. They are wonderful ... as well as under budget. The more recent work is pictured below in my amateur photo of the arch work; also see the "before" photo of what became the master closet they feature here. The price below includes the cost of both projects.”

“We found VKB to be a great choice for our full master bathroom remodel. They provided their estimate quickly and out of the 3 other quotes we received for this project they were the least expensive. The work was done with care, especially the tile work, which took longer than expected but only because the workers were careful and meticulous with their detail. We were short some tile, and in these cases they clearly told me what I needed to go get, which was much appreciated. The allowances in the budget for the fixtures and mirrors and such were generous; in fact, we decided to buy our own at Home Depot and received a credit. We relied on VKB to arrange the vanity/counter and shower door, both of which came out much better than expected. My only criticism would be a few minor details were missed, such as the drawer hardware, which came later and had to be installed separately. Overall, however, we were very happy with VKB and would certainly look to them again if we were considering any other work.”
