“We used Scott Homes to design and build a 5 bedroom house on the Washington Coast. The house is used both as a vacation rental and as a family vacation spot. There were several requirements that needed to be met, and Scott Homes met all of them with ease. One of those was it needed to be a green building and they are experts in using SIPS panels which give the house a great feel. They are also really good people, honest and helpful. I loved how they allowed us complete say where we wanted it in coming up with design & hammering out details, but offered ideas/experience where we needed it, also offering wonderful subcontractors and suppliers. They stayed exactly on target from a time and budget standpoint. I would recommend them highly.”

Targa Homes took our rough idea for a simple backyard box and turned it into a vision beyond anything we could have dreamed of — and then brought it to life on time and within our budget. We couldn’t be happier with Targa homes and our backyard cottage. Every step of this project—from the design phase and permitting process to the depths of construction and final punch list details—was a positive experience (which is almost unheard of in this industry!) “We bought a home in 2003,as a second owner, that was built by this builder. It was a high quality, beautiful home. We sold the home in 2006, moving into a home in a large neighborhood to accommodate our children. We inherited a lake cabin, and decided to build a permanent home on the lot, planning to move to that location in 2017. The only builder we would consider was Cre8iv Works Inc. He is a high quality, very professional builder. He has many great ideas and does not cut corners, but will also try to stay close to the budget. He is pleasant to work with and has lived in our community for many years. I would not hesitate to refer family and friends to Cre8iv Works Inc.”

“We hired Jeff to be our contractor on a house and landscape remodel project. The work we had done required extensive planning from needing a new hydrant put in to an outdoor seating area in a completely rejuvenated backyard. The people who worked directly with him and the subcontractors he recommended were all polite and pretty timely; except for some delay from the city/county. The bulk of the project was to reduce yard maintenance (lawn cutting) while providing an extensive outdoor seating and entertainment area that could be utilized year-round. Inclusive to that was over a 1000sq feet of flagstone pavers, outdoor glass roofed deck now accessible from 3 large French doors. I'd recommend, and already have recommended, Jeff and many of his subcontractors to friends and neighbors to help improve their homes and personal projects.”
