In addition we had them replace our adjoining patio concrete with tumbled brick to match the new patio. We love the outcome including the choice of trees, bushes and flowers! They were very nice to work with.”

“I used Alpine Gardens for a whole-yard remodel to a very small Old Town Fort Collins lot, with a very very restricted budget. They ripped out at least half of the existing landscaping, worked with a contractor to install a fence, an irrigation system and sod. They also provided me with a step by step guide for the next phases of planting, to be completed by me when I can afford it. Pros: The landscape design service, which was an extra fee, was well worth the money. Kris provided me with an excellent design that maximized my tiny space and my equally tiny budget, and a road map for future improvements. He picked up on the elements I liked, and incorporated them into the design. The plantings recommended were appropriate for the climate and my yard, and creative. It was great to have one company handle all the contracting (the fence). The crew were friendly and competent. They did sort of accidentally rip out a whole side of the yard that was supposed to stay, but they then landscaped that side for free, so that's a pro overall. Cons: The overall finishing was just a bit rough around the edges. Overall: A great, friendly, all-service company delivering a mid-to-high range experience for a low-range budget. I would recommend. UPDATE: This company has really stood by their work. They've fixed all the "rough around the edges" problems, and have returned every year to fix the gates (the wood warps and settles, it's no one's fault). I highly recommend them for their honesty, integrity, and willingness to see a job through to the end, even if that end is two years later!”
