Beginning with a very difficult and technical remodeling of our front entrance masonry and driveway that required extensive approvals from town boards and the historical commission. We also worked with LandForm partners to remodel, or rather completely rebuild our second story deck, which came out beautifully. “Robert Khazzam designed our rooftop garden in early 2014, and the installation was completed in fall of 2014. He did an amazing job and my wife and i have been absolutely thrilled with the result. We came to Robert with only some preliminary ideas of what we wanted out of the garden. He developed a beautiful design that absolutely transformed the rooftop. The design made great use of the existing space, using curved plant beds to separate the space into two different areas, but keeping a flowing, open feel to the entire roof. He was very receptive to our thoughts and suggestions as the design progressed, but added a number of features that we hadn't thought of and integrated all of these features into a unified design with a polished, professional look. Robert had a very deep knowledge of the plants that were included in the garden. He included plants that worked very well for the climate and location, and as a result the plants have absolutely thrived. He intentionally included different layers of plants that bloom at various times from the spring to fall, so we've been fascinated to see the garden constantly change as the seasons evolve. He also had a thorough understanding of the requirements for installing the garden, so that the installation went very smoothly and the finished garden matched the design perfectly. My wife and I had looked at options for finishing our roof for years, and we have often commented that we never thought it would turn out as well as it did. I would highly recommend Robert for designing a garden or outdoor space, and we're very grateful for the work he did for us.”

From initial contact to design to installation, Emma has been fantastic at communication and letting me know each step of the process. She's also a lovely person who is so easy to talk to, work with and professional. Her installation team was efficient and did a marvelous job of first taking out my huge overgrown hedges, trees and ivy. They then installed the new garden complete with pavers, fountain, plants and containers. It's totally transformed the front of my home and made it the nicest one on the block!”

“I wanted a unique Brooklyn backyard that was striking and pleasing. Something that maximized its size, shape, sun and shade. I believe that was accomplished to the max. FireDean was always up front with time and cost. He provided a blueprint and photoshop picture of the finished garden and an itemized list of all plants, material and labor costs. Any changes were agreed upon beforehand. The stonework took a little longer than expected because of his attention to detail. Our back and forth communication was always prompt and complete. I trust FireDean to always do excellent work. He prides himself on his finished product and pleasing his customer. He did both in my case. I know I'll have years of pleasure with my backyard. “In 2012 after living in our house for the last 18 years, we decided to update our 1970's colonial rather than move. This project included the landscaping as well as the home itself. “We have been using Dian Barnes for all of our landscape design projects for nearly 10 years (including 2 large scale projects and ongoing maintenance) and have been extremely happy with her work.
