Redtwig has installed a cottage style front border featuring native species and herbs, a cutting garden, a shade border under spruce and white birch, and a blueberry and cranberry border on our pond, a lilac and peony border and provided maintenance and upgrades to existing areas. Dede is always mindful of our budget and has arrived and completed projects in a timely manner. Her suggestions are always helpful, her designs are impactful, her attitude is willing and cooperative. “We have been using Dian Barnes for all of our landscape design projects for nearly 10 years (including 2 large scale projects and ongoing maintenance) and have been extremely happy with her work. She is experienced, creative, personable, and easy to work with. She is reliable with deadlines and commitments and takes pride in her work. Best of all, the end result is stunning!!! A few years ago, she helped us with our pool project. (see pics of Avon Staycation project). We installed an in-ground pool, and built a pool house. She was involved in the project from the very beginning. Not only did she design all landscaping related to the project, but she helped us manage the whole project overall, from selection of contractors, assistance with decision-making on a million tiny details, and project management during the installation phase, to final touches like gorgeous planters (which she continues to maintain for us each year). I can't say enough about how fabulous her work has been. We will continue to use Dian Barnes for all of our landscape design work for years to come!”
