“Tom turned a tired pest-filled garden into a pleasing and flourishing mix of native plants, with great advice and assistance in maintaining them all, and at a very fair price. He subsequently extended this to a tricky exposed back garden with a good choice of tough plants that are doing well. Both major jobs were completed rapidly. “I highly recommend Stuart at Earth Creation Landscapes. He has helped me out on two occasions and the most recent time was an absolute lifesaver for me! A year ago, I had to evict horrid tenants from my investment property in Noosa because they had severely breached our agreement and had also run down my property. I had a massive job on my hands to get my property back up to quality so I could attract good tenants and start receiving rent from the property. I called Stuart and told him my situation. Stuart actually cut his Christmas holiday a week early to help me urgently. He and his team worked so hard every day for a few weeks through an extreme heat wave to get my job done. They certainly went over and above and did so much more than just landscaping! The quality of the work done was excellent and, as a result, I now have top quality tenants paying me a much higher weekly rent. I am certain that the work Stuart and his team did increased the value of my property by much more than the amount I paid them. Plus, as a result of their work, I now have a profitable investment property with great tenants, rather than a run-down property with horrid tenants, costing me money. It's such a relief. I am forever grateful that Stuart cut his Christmas holiday short and pulled a team together to help me through a heat wave, there is no way I would have achieved the result without his commitment, knowledge and reliability.
