“We contracted with The Landscape Design Center to provide a consultation and subsequent installation of a full landscape lighting update. Although we already had landscape lighting in place for a number of years, as the trees and shrubs have grown we were feeling like the existing lighting did not accentuate the natural beauty of the property nor did it provide adequate path lighting on parts of the property. Our first step was to meet with a Landscape Designer from the Landscape Design Center. She was very knowledgeable with great and creative ideas..... Exactly what we needed. She not only designed the project but also managed the project from start to finish. She also coordinated with our electrician to ensure proper coordination with out Lutron System. In all aspects, she was outstanding! The installation itself was also outstanding. This was a complete makeover. So we expected the lawn and planting beds may be pretty torn up when the project was complete. We were surprised when that was not the case at all. All of the installation was done in a professional and clean manner. You can barely tell that we had any work done at all. The end result is amazing. The new lighting brings out all the best in the property. We can't wait until warmer weather when we spend more time outdoors and really get to enjoy it even more.”

“I've used Sharper Cut to develop the gardens in front of the house, terrace the front garden for a level field for the trees, bushes, plants and waterfountain, and build out the back garden to include and expanded patio and fishpond with waterfall. Their work is superior...and helps give the house a more inviting exterior view to family and guests. “We just had a 2 tier patio w/ fire pit and deck installed. We are very happy with the job they did and have already recommended them to many neighbors. From start to finish everyone who worked on the job was very professional and knowledgeable. I was also impressed the owner himself came out to meet us and discuss our design options. “Jeff and his team built our absolutely beautiful large two level patio with sitting walls and all the extras. We decided at the last minute to expand the patio and Jeff (owner) was happy to accommodate and do the work at a very reasonable price. We have since moved and will definitely use Scapes, Inc in the near future to build our new patio. Actually, the buyer of our former home said it was the patio that sealed the deal of buying our house over many other houses he had visited. “I attended the Timonium Home and Garden Show and was not looking for a landscaper, but came across AMJ's display and sat to relax and fell in love with what they had done. Aaron came over and was explaining how they work and we starting talking about possibilities for my yard. I came back the following day and worked with John to show him pictures of my property. within a week after the show he had 3 proposed drawings for my yard. Within 30 days my yard was transformed into my tiny little paradise in Dundalk. I absolutely love the work they did. They were professional and true to their word. Their team was fantastic and was respectful to my neighbors and cleaned up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend them for any job big or small. You will not be disappointed with the work from AMJ and will think of them every time you enjoy a relaxing evening outside looking at the finished project. Thank you John and Aaron for saving my yard and making it our new piece of heaven.”

“We have used Architectural Gardens for several years. They designed and landscaped our yard (installing a retaining wall and planting plants appropriate for this area- drought resistant and deer resistant) and based on their recommendations we have color throughout the spring, summer and fall. We have an annual contract that requires them to prune and tend to our plants and plantings in the spring and fall. We have found their prices reasonable given the amount of effort their landscape teams spend on our property. Their workers are courteous, considerate and communication is not a problem. The AG management team responds promptly to our queries and emails and is on-site at the start of any project or scheduled work. Missy frequently provides input on how best to care for our plants. She is very hands on. We have recommended this company to our neighbors and friends in other communities. Project Date is most recent of many projects.”
