“I represent a 414 unit condominium property having a fair amount of lawn and garden area for an urban location. We interviewed several Landscapers and the Board awarded the contract to Manzer's for their skills and expertise and experience with large properties. In one year they have made a major impact on the landscape, with plans for development of the plantings over the next two years. Chappy is easy to work with and all of the office staff and workers are professional, on time and on schedule. They are very responsive and handle special requests promptly. We are so pleased the Board contracted with Manzer's to renovate a garden seating area of approximately 500 square feet. The project involved excavation of old bluestone, salvaging what could be reused, leveling, waterproofing, reinstalling stone, pavers and belgian block borders, benches, game tables, lighting, irrigation and new plantings. The major work is completed with the irrigation and plantings to be completed in the spring. We were glad Tom was the foreman on the job - he is highly knowledgeable with an old school work ethic. We recommend you try Manzer's Landscape and Design. Our property is located on Central Park West in Manhattan.”
