“We met Lindsey for the first time about 6 months ago. If you are looking for someone who is sweet kind patient understanding and extremely talented she is your gal. Her crews are also as wonderful as she is. We had her do pavers in our driveway change our beds readjust all sprinklers lightening and a lot of new softscape. She is a perfectionist. Our yard front and back came out beautiful. Love her”

“Coastal landscape and design did an amazing job on my courtyard! I could not of asked for a more professional, courteous team. Every day they cleaned up after themselves and the end result was an amazing beautiful courtyard that project exactly the image I had in my mind! I’ve worked with other contractor in the past and response is usually an issue. Not with Tom! He was very responsive and accurate on his projections date! I’ve called him back for other jobs already!”

“I hired Nature Designs about 6 months ago to get my landscaping in order. My previous gardeners weren't the best at keeping things as nice as I'd like (although I'll admit they were very inexpensive). I am very pleased with Nature Designs. Very professional, personable, they listen, understand and follow-through with requests and are very pro-active. Ernie was great at getting things started and Teri is a dream to work! The crew is professional and pro-active. Would highly recommend. They aren't the cheapest, but worth the extra $$.”

“What can I say? These guys are amazing! Family owned and operated business. Respectful workers. The quality of their work is awesome. We live in San Elijo Hills (a suburb of San Diego), in a brand new neighborhood. When we moved in there was nothing but a dirt yard. Gabriel and his brother Tony (and their cousin Gus) have a crew of about 30 people. They are highly skilled and can do everything from softscape to hardscape work. We put in an elaborate outdoor kitchen, travertine decking, artificial turf in our courtyard (we love the turf), retaining walls, a fruit and vegetable garden, a beautiful entry way with travertine and stone work, a front yard with steps and a garden with succulents, etc. My wife and I are extremely picky and changed things throughout the job. Gabriel never complained about the constant changes and didn't nickel and dime us to death like others tend to do. The real bonus with these guys is that Gabriel created a 3D design (for free) of the entire project from end to end so we could see what we were getting before the work ever started. Oh, and I can't forget to mention that their prices came in remarkably lower than others who quoted the job. Sincerely I cannot say enough good things about Rivers and their owners, workers etc.”

“I had used Sean and his team to do a full renovation of my backyard. I really enjoyed working with Sean and appreciated his business model vs other contractors. Sean will only work on 1 job at a time and will not start another job until the present job is completed. This ensures that the contractor is not running around to multiple jobs which may delay your job. Along with this, his team is very experienced in their crafts. They installed a island bar and fire pit in my back yard. I would 100% recommend Sean for any landscaping projects that you are looking to do!”

“I have just completed my second major landscape project with Grant and the team at GDM. The 1st one was 12 years ago and it was a complete landscape project including new jacuzzi, trees, walls, concrete, softscape, etc. I honestly had no idea what to do as I was designing everything myself. Grant very quickly put together a beautiful design for my front and backyard and came up with ideas that I never would have, I still love it today. The second project was redoing my pool and incorporating a cabana complete with tv, bar and seating. We also redid large sections of concrete to create a really nice space to entertain this summer. The entire process with Grant is always very collaborative as he actually listens to you and helps your vision become a reality or even helps you create your vision. “We have worked with Mark Sterk and Columbine Landscape for several years, and they have completed many landscape and hardscape projects for us -- ranging from planting and plant maintenance, to trees, to the construction of patios, a grill area, an outdoor fireplace, and a large dog run. We have always been really happy with the results. Their work is of very high quality. They stand behind their work and will charge for repairs only where appropriate (e.g. damage caused by our dogs). Mark himself is a skilled designer and supervisor and an honest and fair businessperson. His employees (Emilio is who we deal with most often) and subcontractors are all helpful, diligent and skilled. Everything that looks good in our front and rear yards is due to them. Outdoor projects can be expensive, and it is nice to have someone you can trust. Highest recommendation.”
