“Last fall, we took on our first remodel project (master bath) and hired Kathie Maughan to work with us on the project. While we had the choice of just having her do a design for us, we knew we wanted the added comfort of having her handle all the details, and had her manage the project as well. This was a really good decision. Kathie made sure we felt comfortable with every phase of the project and worked hard at correcting any issues that came up. She checked in almost every day and was always available to answer my questions (even on a Saturday at one point). But beyond the pleasure of working with Kathie, is the pleasure of working with her wonderfully conscientious crew. They answered questions, explained processes and were unfailingly friendly and courteous. This is a great bunch of people to have come into your home and leave a beautiful space behind. We are truly pleased with the results and will use Maughan Design again in the future.”

“Jackie did a fantastic job staging my 2 bed, 1 bath home in preparation for selling. She totally captured the style I wanted. Although the house is small, she found pieces that were perfectly sized for their intended spaces, maximizing the home's appeal. Her work was so good, in fact, that my buyer expressed interest in purchasing some of the furnishings! Jackie also is very thorough, with an initial phone call to discuss likes/dislikes, style, etc., and a site visit to gain more insight, take measurements, and even get paint color specs so she could match accent pieces! To top it off, she's a really wonderful person. I can't say enough good things about my staging experience with Space Reimagined.”

“Chris Miller is Black Cat Designs. He designed our 1900s kitchen to bring it updated but kept it with the period of the house. He did the same with our upstairs bathroom. He also designed and is advising me how to direct contractors for a quilting studio that is nicely blending with our 100-year old home. I will always work with Chris. I trust his judgment as he is clear why something would or may not work. I trust his integrity and work ethic. Excellent work.”

“I hired Phyllis from this company to help me select interior paint colors for a 1913 house we just purchased. She was delightful to work with. They were able to take my outdated kitchen and transform it into a beautiful, functional space that has completely reimagined my living experience. “DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen remodeled our kitchen for us. We had builder grade cabinets and tile counter tops. We had the standard kitchen desk that always served as a place to dump stuff to be forgotten. Moving around our kitchen was tight with the long island in the middle. Through DMBK we were able to get affordable cabinets that looked amazing, granite counters and under mount sink, new back splash and they resized the island to give us more room to move around. Joe suggested replacing the little kitchen desk with a storage cabinet that went from floor to ceiling and had pull out drawers....what a great idea!! That DOUBLED our storage in the kitchen. They put in new LED can lights to replace the standard ugly can lights from the builder and saved us money on electricity bills. They even bought enough wood flooring to patch the area that used to be covered by the island and installed it. We are totally impressed with the professionalism, the promptness, the communication and the craftsmanship we experienced with DMBK. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Joe and crew!!”
