“I had CC in twice on our remodel project to run wires, install speakers and mount my TV. They did excellent work and bundled everything cleanly. There now just two bundles of wires running into the back of my TV and the whole installation is clean and professional.”

“Peter, Matt, and his whole team have been fantastic to work with. We bought a home that was under a year old, and found out that Peter and his team had spec'ed out the wiring with the custom builder. The prior owners hadn't owned the home long enough to carry out their plans, so we inherited a massive bundle of raw wires and not much more. So far we've worked with Peter and his team on two projects : 1/ to setup the network closet (with a rack, patch panels, switch, etc.) 2/ installing a wall-mount Samsung Frame TV and Sonos Playbar+SUB in our living room, along with a universal remote In both cases they did a very thorough, high-end job, using great equipment, utmost care for our home, and gave us a great walkthrough of the work they'd done afterward. Moreover, instead of just selling a project, they've worked with us to understand our longer-term objectives so we're doing things in a 'future proof' way that will accommodate future projects. We plan to continue working with Peter and the Smarter Homes team to build out our smart home vision. So far so great!”

“Very professional. They sell a great product and are committed to providing a high level of customer sevice. I had a minor issue on a Friday night and emailed them so they could take care of it on Monday. Instead, I received an email from them early Saturday morning saying they were looking into the problem. Later that day, I received a call from them saying they were able to take of the issue remotely from their office - another great reason to call Captive Audio if you are looking for a great A/V company in Austin.”

“I was very happy with the audio, video and network system that Robert designed and had installed. He addressed all of my audio, video, and network system needs and gave an detailed explanation of all hardware and software upgrades necessary. He satisfactory supervised the installation with the Magnolia installation team. The installation was completed expeditiously and no surprises. Robert did not attempt to sell me more equipment than I needed and the current system works wonderfully. Additionally, Robert visited my home as a followup and responded promptly to any questions I had getting used to the new system. would highly recommend Robert as a reference for future customers.”

“We recently had HiFive design and install our A/V Equipment in our conference room. They did a great job. Clean, quick and priced right! They offer outstanding support after the sale. We recently had a large conference and the presenter tampered with the settings, not allowing us to display our slideshow via the projector. I was able to get them on the phone right away and they got me up and running just in time! I Would use them for any size project!”
