He explained the process, answered all questions, and was very professional and courteous. When it came time for the stamping, Mike showed us many pictures, and reviewed what we wanted several times before the final stamping, to make sure he understood our needs. The same was true when adding color to the stamping. He provided many pictures of his previous work, so we could decide our colors. The people that worked for him to do the prep work were all very professional and courteous as well. They did their job, cleaned up after themselves and left. The entire project took a week, as indicated.”
