“Danil, owner of NYC 1985 INC, renovated the two units in a 1995-built duplex rental for me. He was recommended to me by my trusted realtor. Although I am not even in Portland where the duplex is, Danil has kept me posted all along the way with photos, questions, and suggestions. He has been diligent in searching for less-costly alternatives. His prices are fair, and he completed the jobs quickly and on-budget. I am highly pleased with the change in appearance of the two units. They look fresh, modern, and lovely now. I guess it's possible to add photos. I would do so if I knew how. You'd be impressed.”

Jeff had great coordination across all the trades involved with my simultaneous bathroom renovations. Jeff was an excellent communicator with me as the different phases of the project where completed. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my bathroom renovations! “Authentic Maintenance gets 5 stars plus from myself and all the 42 residents of Regal of Manor Lakes in Imperial Golf Course for the outstanding job they did in our garages after being flooded by Hurricane Ian! From sheetrock, painting and wood moulding the work performed was outstanding! The work force was very professional and was always there to answer any questions the owners had! They completed the extensive job on a timely bases. The Sales and Marketing officer Matt was often on sight. His own knowledge of the business and how to address everything needed was so appreciated. We have also contracted Authenic Maintenance to install 38 back entrance garage doors along with granite coating the garage floors. They will also be installing rain spouts. I would highly recommend them for doing any of the Multiple Service’s they have to offer! Kindly.. Doug Berlet Regal of Manor Lakes HOA President”

“Mario remodeled our home after Ida damaged a large portion of it. He did an incredible job, and is very professional and pays attention to the details! We contacted Mario to fix the Ida damage because he redid a rental house for us a few years ago and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and his company. He is always responsive and gives great input when you’re unsure about any part of the process. I will continue to use One New Creation for any home repairs or remodeling and I always refer him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.”

“I tore down the wallpaper in my living room and discovered plaster walls in a terrible state. River City repaired the damage and refloated the entire room. The workers were professional and did great work in a short amount of time. I would recommend these guys to anyone.”

“Amazing company!! They remodeled my entire basement and the work they did was phenomenal. I had an old basement and I wanted to convert it into a gym. I told them my idea and they showed me some different kind of gym models they've done in the past and the results were very nice. The GC is very patient and gives very good advice in terms of what material is best to use. Thank you so much guys!”
