What I especially liked was his explanation of exactly what he would do to justify his price and the time it would take. Our exterior window trim was not in good shape, and he specifically concentrated on this aspect of the job. The trim came out beautifully restored. He also adhered to his timetable and worked very closely with our landscape contractor who was doing some work for us as well. I recommended Robert to a neighbor, who used him as well.”

“Michael applied Venetian plaster inside a new tower entrance we had built. He is amazing with color and made a suggestion to have a darker color on the ceiling with a little copper color to pick up the lighting. It looks awesome! We had used him 10 years ago to put a light Tuscan finish on the kitchen walls and loved it. It required a little repair due to the construction and you can't even tell where the repair is. “The first time we hired Alan Silverstein to work on our own home was 10 years ago. We were so pleased with the excellence of the work, the courtesy of his team, and the "above all expectations" results we achieved, that I have since referred Alan on several of my interior design projects. My clients have all been happy. Yesterday they completed another project for our home, that of painting the kitchen and all the cabinets. He said it would be a five day job, and that is exactly what it took. The first day the crew covered all of our floors, appliances, carpets light fixtures and furniture. The hung plastic walls to control dust. After removing all the door hardware, they removed all the doors and drawers ( there were 30 doors!) Sanded them, put on two coats of primer, three coats of Benjamin Moore's ADVANCE paint, and painted the cabinets the same way. The walls were also sanded, primed and painted. The result is beautiful. We live in a condo complex of town-homes, and there is very little space to work. They set up the garage, and used a bit of the driveway. We did not have a single complaint from any neighbors. Noise was at a minimum, and the work space was kept clean. There are ways to do a paint job faster, and cheaper. Fewer coats of paint, less preparation, less protection of the environment in the home, no color changes to name a few cost cutting ploys. But there is no way to do it better. As a happy client, and as a professional interior designer, I give All Los Angeles Painting my highest personal and professional recommendation.”
