“I noticed a leak under my hot water heater and called Pat O'Neill. She came by within a half hour, discovered it could not be repaired and showed me why. By the end of the day I had a new hot water heater, and only then found out it was suppose to be her day off. She just didn't want me to go over night without hot water. She checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was working well, then sent me a thank you note with a Peet's gift card in it. What plumber does that?! She is the BEST. I can't recommend her highly enough.”

“Roman, has fixed clogged drains, as well as, installed a new garbage disposal, a new hybrid water heater and toilet in my home. He is a hard working honest reliable person. His prices are fair. Best plumber by far I have ever known! Update on review: Roman recently re-installed a contractor's very bad sink installation in my bathroom. I no longer have to worry about leaks into my new cabinets. He is the man!”

“We purchased a 1907 Victorian in San Francisco and with the typical small early 1900's bed & bathrooms, we decided to fully remodel the existing bath, add an additional en suite bath and a separate half bath. We contacted five individual plumbing companies for proposals & prices, with the expected wide variety of results. Ace came in with what ended up being a right in the middle price, not the cheapest nor the most expensive, while one company didn't even bother giving us a proposal. The project ended up taking a bit longer than we hoped, not because they were slow, mostly due to the fact that the existing plumbing was a 100+ years old. Ace ended up doing a great job on each of our new 2 1/2 baths and we couldn't be happier. The few issues that popped up, were quickly corrected and the response time was as good as could be hoped for. I will absolutely use Ace for any of my plumbing needs going forward and I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.”

“Anthony was without question one of the best plumbers I have contacted in all my 20 + years as a homeowner. He and his team were very professional and prompt. It was a pleasure dealing with people who really knew their business and spoke honestly about what I needed and the best fixtures for the job I wanted done. Also very important were the realistic time frames given ahead of time for the job; I knew what to expect and when it would happen. His team also deserves great praise for the way they opened a wall and plastered it without mess or fuss. All in all, I would recommend Anthony and his team for any project. “These guys rock! I had a very tricky and difficult situation, as my main sewer lateral runs underneath a building. At first it looked impossible, but the Pipe Spy rep handled the situation beautifully, and went back twice to the City to obtain permission to reroute the line. All for a very reasonable price! I can't speak highly enough about this company. Replacing a sewer line can be a major headache, but you will not be disappointed with Pipe Spy!”
