“Garden View did an excellent job on designing and building my large outdoor kitchen. It included a barbecue, burners, fireplace, large counter areas, and stone base and pillars. He built a shade structure off the house and used pavers for the floor areas. Mark and his staff was delightful to work with. I have contacted them many times for additional purchases and minor tweeks, and they were as helpful as when they were constructing my kitchen.”

“Melos Pools did an outstanding job in every way in remodeling our yard. They removed all our concrete, remodeled our pool with a beautiful mini-pebble tech finish, poured our new deck,installed a great looking water feature, built a beautiful outdoor shower and made accommodations for our new fire pit. The project came in on budget and within the time frame promised. The workers were conscientious, hard working, clean and always courteous. It was a pleasure working with Albert on the design and dealing with Lorena on the financial end. Everything was done in a quality way and the company was responsive to questions and concerns. I would recommend them highly.”

“Danny and the whole California Custom Pools group was incredible. Danny worked with us on the design to meet our aesthetic and budget. There were no unexpected costs. All the workers involved in the project did great work and were respectful of our property. It was amazing how quickly things moved once we received the permit. “Its been a pleasure working with Armando and Adrian (partners at Elite) and their work crews. The entire process was transparent, from the job quote, start and finish times and the actual job completion. Elite replaced the coping, tiles and resurfaced our pool, making it look brand new...my wife and I can't wait to host pool parties and just swimming and floating in our beautiful backyard oasis. The Elite team of workers were very respectful of both my wife and I and our property. They did a great job during demolition, construction and clean up. As with any large job, when a hiccup occurred (very few occurred) Adrian and Armando were responsive and reassuring and things taken care of in less than 1 day.....hiccups in our case seemed to be minor things that could occur but the Elite team was very knowledgeable to resolving anything that popped up. Josh and his crew posses a wide range of skill sets that allow them to execute beautiful projects, on time, with amazing detail. Josh's design skills are exceptional; every project I have seen is stunning. His ability to move between styles proves his dedication to his craft. He does not do the same thing over and over again like so many designers do. All of his work is unique and well thought. I would like point out the professionalism of his crew as well. The guys are "on it". They are engaged, aware and have always had a great attitude when faced with less than exciting situations. Great Company!”

“We are absolutely thrilled and so thankful we picked Teserra Outdoor living for our project!! From the moment we met Kenny, we knew we were going with Teserra. As we described our wish list for our yard...he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space....he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail...to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn't wait to sign our contract!! Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is "Award Winning"!! I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. Garys reassuring presence daily at our job site...allowed for us to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from his many, many, many years of building pools and outdoor spaces as we began selecting our stone, tile, pebbletech, concrete colors, coping material, etc... Gary's calm, steady demeanor is exactly what we needed during such a giant undertaking. Edmundo and his crew....the tile, stone, retention wall builders...are TOP notch!! They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday...until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. I highly recommend them and would gladly show our yard off to anyone considering hiring Teserra. Thank you Kenny and Gary. They designed a Baja bench in the pool we never would have thought of, and we enjoy it all the time. The new Jacuzzi and waterfall effects are gorgeous.
