“Rey and his crew did an excellent job painting the front porch, stairs, back deck and porch ceiling at my mother's house while we were getting ready to place the house on the market. Since I live out of town, Rey inspected the work with me one weekend and even touched up one tiny area to make sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend Golsmith Painting for their professionalism, care, and reasonable price. I did not know anyone in the area and Rey did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and communicated with me throughout the project, which was greatly appreciated.”

I recommend the Osgood Companies for the excellence of the paint job that they recently completed for my residence, which is a large antique (1755 – 1760) on a prominent corner in Salem adjacent to the historic district. Patrick Osgood’s team led by Paul were exceptionally helpful, professional and punctual, as well as alert to issues that would need extra attention. Patrick was outstanding to deal with throughout and determined to assist with just the right color. If I have more home painting to do in the future (exterior or interior) I hope that he and his team will be available to do it. Thanks to them, my building is carrying its 257 years with grace and charm looking proudly to the future.”

“Not sure where to begin---where DOES one begin because this company has been doing painting for my family (and friends) for many years. Their work is exceptional. I first found the Graham Company in the 1960s when they were still on Newbury St. in Boston. I guess I was more impressed with the fact they'd been in business since the 1870s, so I figured, well sure, they must be good! But once we hired them, the company's longevity and talent spoke for itself in that their team of master painters far-far-far exceeded our needs. I've never met such a group of experts who bend over backwards to make their clients completely happy with their expertise, work ethic, patience, decency and obvious talent. After all these generations running the company, I still admire and respect their work. Their painters are decent, fine men who genuinely care about the client and cater to "exactly" what the client wants. And their reputation is exemplary---you will never be disappointed with the workmanship, cleanliness, congeniality and integrity J.W. Graham offers. They are, clearly, the best.”

“I called John Pannell at CertaPro in Andover to do a small job, painting several pipes and electrical boxes on our house prior to a soon-to-be done complete vinyl siding job to be done. Even though it was a small job, John provided a painter to do the job and quickly (which I needed). After the job was done, I realized one pipe running the whole height of the house was not painted on the underside. John immediately got the painter to return a few days later so it could be done before the siding crew arrived. All through the process, John replied quickly and followed up to be sure we were happy. If he responded this way in a small job, my husband and I would absolutely contact him for any future big painting jobs. CertaPro, Andover (specifically John and Kathryn Pannell, owners) provide excellent customer service.”
