“Archadeck of Suburban Boston is a superior design-build construction company. They designed and built an upper deck 10'x25' with a 15' bridge from the deck to the upper yard behind our house. Their design met with all local building codes, complimented exquisitely well the existing structure, architecture, and colors of this 100+ year old house. The composite materials they selected met our requirements for sustainability, low maintenance, long life, warranty, beauty, function, cost. The finished construction compliments the character of our house and blends with our rocky cliff terrain while adding to the value of our outdoor living space and the value of our home. The team, architect, project manager, and carpenter, are experienced true craftsmen who care about their client and what they produce. They ensure that all services needed for them to complete excellent work in a timely way are in place. I will hire them again for our next project.”

“Konstantin built an incredible deck for us. Very complicated and intricate with a hot tub platform 16 feet above ground. Many other contractors looked at the plans and the very difficult site and walked away or gave prices that were so high they were laughable. Not Konstantin. He was calm, professional and built a magnificent deck for us, on time and on budget. He is a true professional who builds a product that both he and the customer can be proud of. We have used him for several other projects, both with the same spectacular results. In addition we have recommended him to some of our friends and they have all received the same results. What a pleasure to work with someone like Konstantin!”

“I contracted Baystate Structures last summer to construct a 22'x22' garage with stairway and loft above. After agreeing on a fair price for project, the entire structure was completed in 2 1/2 days (on my foundation) in a professional and courteous manner. I have been in the construction business (retired) for over 45 years and I was very impressed by the quality of this structure and the people involved in the process!”

“After Superstorm Sandy struck in October 2012, and blew down two 50+ foot trees on my house and shed, I made 3 calls immediately - the insurance company, the tree company and Walpole. The salesman, Gary Workman from the Greenvale store, came the following day and, when I still had no power, we worked by lantern light designing my new shed. I had explained that this was the most important repair for me, since I do a lot of gardening and use the shed to store all the supplies. The shed had to be functional, but more importantly, it had to be beautiful. In the ensuing months, the shed was redesigned several times. The salesman was wonderful and patient and even made sure to include the stained glass window salvaged from my old shed in the design of the Walpole shed. I requested whimsy and beauty and have a door with a rounded top (I refer to it as "hobbit style!"). The team that came in the spring to build the shed did a fantastic job. I now have the perfect shed thanks to Walpole. It has eased the horrors of all the post storm repairs . Thank you, Walpole, from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could include photos of Walpole's masterpiece.”

“Ethan's range of craftmanship talents are impressive. We've purchased an outdoor custom table he built & hired him for indoor finish woodwork in a few different capacities. Our biggest regret in not owning a house with a yard (we live in a city) is that we can't hire him to practice his amazing landscape architecture skills. One only needs to peruse his website to understand why he is the Steve Jobs of his craft. Truly.”

“We had installed a set of automated shades in the living room. They work perfectly, and the salesman was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. The whole thing was entirely no hassle. We initially considered putting up extra shades so windows on three sides of the living room would be covered, but as they are expensive, we opted in the end to only do the glass doors and 4 windows facing south. As it turned out, an error was made in ordering and shades for the two side windows arrived with the others. They found their own mistake, and installed the extra shades at no cost to us. The first we heard of this was when they arrived and put them up for free. Clearly a very honest and reputable company, and we have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Eric and his team did a fine job on our new deck. It was a bit more expensive than I had anticipated, but Azek is what I wanted, even if it is over-priced. I will return later and post a couple photos. Carnazzo has a long wait time right now, but its worth waiting to find a company that won't mess up the job.”
