“I found Adam on a list of contractors for a drought tolerant landscaping project for my front and side yard. I interviewed several and they all provided me with a written quote however I chose Water-wise Landscaping. I wanted to be eligible for a city rebate also. His knowledge and familiarity with smart controllers installation and programming was a plus. I contracted with a landscape architect for the design and completion of the form to be given to the city to be eligible for the rebate. I chose Adam because his quote for service was thorough and easy to understand. He collaborated with the architect too. Adam was accurate in his time frame projections. He started the project on time as stated. Weather was a consideration. Communicating and confirming each step was clear. He also made sure he swept the drive way and sidewalk every day upon completion of that day's work. His completion of this project was on time per his estimated date. I was so happy with the outcome I then hired him to upgrade my back yard irrigation as well. Again his professionalism was spot on. I would recommend him to all.”

“Majestic Builders/Robert Terry did a complete and total Remodel of my backyard including, New Pool, New Plumbing, High Tech Lighting and custom Water Feature, New Deck and Fire Pit, New Electrical, Beautiful Modern Patio Structure, Landscaping.. the works. We couldn't be happier with our new backyard. All of our guests tell us that it feels like they are in a resort. Robert and his company were professional, prompt, communicative and most importantly on time and on budget. We will continue to use this contractor as long as there are jobs to get done. “Viktor and his crew recently finished a two-month makeover/upgrade of our front and back yards, including installing a french drain around the perimeter of our house, adding a brick patio with lights and an outdoor fireplace, installing brick walkways throughout, uplighting our large trees, installing a fountain, hot tub, new lawn area, drainage, three vegetable boxes, planting hundreds of plants, and fabricating a lattice to grow hops on. We used Michael Glassman as our landscape architect (also great to work with!) and Viktor's company was one of the landscape contractors Michael recommended. Viktor only does one job at a time, they were here every day from dawn to dusk and they did beautiful work, were hard working, professional and friendly. Highly recommend.”

Almost 300 plants and trees were planted, flagstone pathways and patios built, a dry creek bed configured, new irrigations system and lighting installed. The job was done with great professional care and consideration, in a timely manner, and cleanly. Lou Penning Landscapes is continuing to oversee our beautiful new gardens and they are thriving. “Lavish Gardens provided a complete landscape design for front and back yards. The design was excellent. It suited our lifestyle perfectly and provided some features that pushed the envelope. We were able to pick the elements that worked for us. We did most of the actual landscaping ourselves. It was incredible to have a complete vision when we started the installation. It is so much better this way instead of installing things in dribs and drabs. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process.”
