“Katie called me very quickly to set up an appointment to look at flooring. I know nothing about colors or designing, but Katie was patient and helped me pick out my flooring and it looks great, couldn't be happier. Everything was completed within a couple of weeks even with a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. Russ was the technician who put the floor down and it was a LOT of flooring! He was very meticulous! Very friendly, professional and did a great job. Katie then came back to evaluate the job - she went above and beyond! I am very impressed with the quality of the work and with my overall experience with FCI. Hopefully I won't have to do this again anytime soon but if I had to I would call Katie at FCI!”

“I would hire them again in a heartbeat, I actually can't wait until it's time to do our kitchen and bathroom floors! Norberto was so easy to work with, he was always quick to respond back when I had a question. The install was also super fast, and within a couple hours our living room and bedroom had new carpet. I can't recommend them enough!”

“My husband and I worked with Tahoe Specialty Flooring & Window Design and couldn't be happier with the outcome of our project. They installed tile in our entryway, wood floors throughout the home, window coverings and completely gutted and remodeled two bathrooms. I was very particular with layout of the tile in each of the bathroom projects and they were not only accommodating, but gave us ideas as to configuration as well. The floor and tile installers were meticulous and the tile was installed perfectly. We are more than pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Tahoe Specialty Flooring to anyone who has a small or large project.”
