“I am one of the principal owners of a busy renovation company based in Toronto. I've been working with R and A stairs for over 6 years. On one recent project we ordered 3 sets of very wide saw tooth, rift white oak stairs with concealed stringers. Very modern and very heavy. It took the installers over 12 hours to manoeuvre and fit these stairs. They are perfect and the client is ecstatic. From fabrication to installation R and A stairs have the experience and the know how to provide their customers with excellent quality. They are reliable and I like that the owner Rick is the one measuring and the main contact for questions and concerns. All of our projects are tricky due to the nature of the older housing stock in Toronto and R and A is always able to figure it out and provide great quality stairs and railings. I would never look anywhere else.”

“I received a quote from Grant at Royal Oak Railing and Stair. He is pleasant and very professional. Grant also sent me pictures of his company's previous job which was exactly what I was looking for, a open riser staircase with a wood & glass railing plus new wood basement stairs. I would of had the job done yesterday but I'm still looking for a contractor to do some drywall patchwork to accommodate the new stairs and to remove my old staircases. I'm hoping to get it done by March/2014.
Also Royal Oak Railing and Stairs was referred to me by Douglas Design Studios in Toronto free of charge.

“We used Railmaster Stairways to replace our old, carpeted stairs with new plank stairs. I have to give this company 5 stars as they were excellent in everyway. My initial contact on the phone was with Carolann who owns the company with her husband, Peter, who was the one who measured and gave us a quote. From all of the ladies in the office, to all of the many tradesmen that were here at the house - Every person I dealt with was professional, excellent at their jobs and had "the customer is right" attitude.
We've finished upstairs with the hardwood floors, and still have to have them installed downstairs as you can see. But still I think, these pics give you a good idea of the change you can make in your home :)
Our stairs turned out beautifully, and what a transformation! I would highly recommend Railmaster Stairways to anyone who will be needing this type of service.”

“We recently had Renew Stairs replace our old stairs leading to our 2nd floor in our front hall. Moe at Renew Stairs came to visit a couple of times after we filled out the form on their website and he was always very nice and explained what could be done. My wife wanted to stay with traditional oak pickets so we replaced the existing pickets with new ones that were similar to what we had. We reused the railings but everything else was replaced. I was surprised that they were even able to do what they did, but they ripped out every existing tread and riser, and put new oak veneer on all side pieces. I was impressed with the quality of the veneer work that was done. You would never be able to tell it had new veneer applied.
When the job was done we had fabulous new sold oak stairs that matched our 2nd floor hardwood perfectly. The quality of the workmanship and the skill of the installer were excellent. We are extremely pleased with the results and have had several people comment on how nice it looks. It really highlights our front hall.
I would HIGHLY recommend Renew Stairs if you need to replace you existing stairs to get an updated look with quality that is excellent.”
