“Deck-O-Art is an Outstanding Contractor. So much so, that I used Art and his team on another Pool renovation project after the first project went so well. The first Pool project included three phases: Drainage, complete renovation of a 45,000-gallon pool and pool deck and the installation of a new, tile paver circular driveway that replaced a pea gravel driveway. The drainage portion of this project was designed by a Civil Engineer and its construction was perfectly executed by the Deck-O-Art team. This project solved a 60-year-old water infiltration issue into one of the rooms at my house and involved construction and excavation of a completely new surface drainage system including surface drains and underground PVC piping and the creation of a flue area for the water to flow out from. Installation of the Pool decking tile was included in a portion of the drainage system work and the Pool renovation included complete deck removal and restoration, new coping, tile and plaster. Further, the pool's plumbing was totally replaced, and the skimmer reset, as it was leaking. New main drains were installed and the pool electrical totally redone. The pool is now a work of art! Because of the quality of the work done at my main house, I hired Deck-O-Art to complete a remodel of a 26,000-gallon pool and Outdoor Kitchen at a weekend place. This work included a complete pool remodel featuring new plaster, tile and coping; removal of an old diving board which was replaced by a new "diving rock." Also, the outdoor kitchen was renovated and upgraded with additional counter space, a new propane gas grill and a double side burner propane range top and a new, deep stainless-steel sink. The exterior of the kitchen area was refinished with Oklahoma stone on the exterior walls that match the pool's coping, and the working surface of the new kitchen is poured in place concrete that was finished to where it is as smooth as glass. A new 2 stage pool pump was installed as was a new Polaris motor. This pool is now a thing of beauty and is back in service after being closed for a decade. All in all, I am 110% satisfied with the work performed by Deck-O-Art on both of these major projects and I highly recommend Art Manasse and his team for your pool, drainage and outdoor hardscape project.
