John and his team worked with me on a vision for the space, drew up the plans and then installed quickly on exactly the date they said they would start. The wow! factor is the high quality materials Krugel uses which are beautiful and you know will last. The icing on the cake is how quickly they responded to a few small requests I had a few weeks after the job was done. “Our garden club hired General Masonry Inc.to replace a stone pillar that was leaning due to problems with the foundation. They took the pillar down, cleaned and re-used the stones, created a new foundation and rebuilt the pillar. It looks great. I was especially impressed with the company and how they worked with the village of Wilmette. Often, obtaining permits and follow up electrical work, which was the village's responsibility, takes time. General Masonry Inc. was on top of the communication among all the involved parties and our pillar had electricity within a few days of its completion. I highly recommend them for your next masonry project.”

A postive, "can-do" attitude that starts with the management team is emulated down to the newest laborer every time I see them in action. I would suggest them hands down without hesitation every time a hardscape or landscape masonry project is being considered.”
