“GT masonry rebuilt the dangerously uneven and deteriorated flagstone front porch steps (two sets). They added another step, making each step wide with easy and even elevations. He also replaced deteriorated mortar on the front walk, and set post support brackets for a railing. His price was very reasonable for the work and expertise involved. He was always on time whenever we agreed to meet and discuss the job. It was a pleasure to work with him. I am happy I had a chance to meet this fine craftsman and pleasant man. See photos of steps after and before attached.”

“The cement driveway is absolute perfection. We have received compliments from all the people who walk-by daily. Exactly as we wanted it to be. The project supervisor were excellent in resolving unjustified neighbor concerns and pleased them so that everyone was happy. They easily accommodated some last minute changes with ease and best attitude to please us. This is not easy as it takes highly skilled individuals to manage all. this. They were very informative in every step and let me know their schedule plans. I would highly recommend them.”

“My wife and I recently moved to Elk Grove from the Bay Area and we wanted to remodel the front patio of our new house. We consulted 3 other companies, but when we met Lucy we decided to go with Advanced Pavers because she actually listened to what we wanted and created a designed as we pictured. Throughout the entire process Lucy and the owner, Edgar, were very responsive and at end of the project our patio was just like we dreamed. They made the enire process effortless. “Major landscape changes in front and back areas of home. ( plant removals and plant replacement changes, rain water flow changes ,installation of driveway pavers and new plantings in front, sprinkler changes / adjustments....... ) ******* Project dates from start to finish : May 2014 - Oct. 2015 Employees extremely knowledgable, professional and thorough. There were situations that needed particular adjustments. All were eventually completed . Appreciated the pre-project meetings / discussions and final plans. Though entire project extended longer than originally planned, am very satisfied with the final landscape result . Am especially impressed with core employee group , their attention to details of entire project and the follow up re: miscellaneous requiring correction. / attention. Appreciated the design collaboration efforts. The total project began May 2014 and was completed Oct. 2015 . If this same core employee group was involved, would definitely commit to future landscape projects with NeSmith Landscapes.”

“We contracted Swan General to build an extension for our backyard fence including replacement of a broken picket fence and gate. The work they did exceeded our expectations! Abe suggested numerous options across a range of price-points to compliment the look of our Tudor style home. We chose an arched arbor gate which SG built custom. They worked efficiently, kept the worksite clean throughout, and came within our budget and timeline. We couldn’t be happier with our new fence, and charm it adds to our home!”

“Our screened in porch was in need of many repairs due to wood that had deteriorated. After looking at the area with Will at Denali, we decided that the damage was extensive enough that it made more sense to rebuild the porch using new materials. We talked with and received quotes from other companies but felt more confident in doing business with Denali. During the reconstruction process, we decided to have Will replace our paver patio which was also in need of repair. We were very pleased with the finished products. Having this area re-constructed was a huge improvement to the aesthetics of our home and surely increased value of the home. The work was started on time, debris was cleaned up on a daily basis and the date of completion was on time.”
