They installed granite in my kitchen 3 or 4 years ago. Currently, we're working on installing very unique marble in our powder room. They patiently answer questions, walk you through the process and provide various cost factors involved with the project. No project is too big or too small. Also, when you find a slab that you want and are a person that prefers to pay for the project prior to installation they'll accept payments and save the portion of the slab needed for the project. For me, this is an important aspect when purchasing quality. They don't rush you. They work with you. However a week out from our job we were told none of tile we picked would be in stock until a month later than the start date of our project. We were told we didn't need to order tile early as they were popular styles. However, after we went and worked with a different sales associate she took the time to hunt down the tile at nearby locations. We only had to switch one style of tile and they were willing to price match for us.”
