“When we discovered a failing sewer line last summer, we contacted Larry Mack of Talavera Custom. Larry was our contractor of choice because of the excellent work he did for our complete remodel nine years ago. This new work would require removal of existing flooring, excavation, removal of damaged pipe, installation of a new sewer, replacement of the tile and wood flooring, and painting the interior. Larry worked with us in the planning, helping choose the best tile and wood flooring after replacement of the sewer, and negotiations with the insurance company. We discussed the schedule and the best time to begin the work. We agreed the project would take approximately 2 months and would begin in November. In summary: •Talavera crews and Subcontractors communicated their schedules and plans. We were advised of when and what work would be done. •Execution of the work was exactly as planned. There were no surprises. •Larry always let us know exactly when they would be on site and what the crews would be doing. •All work was performed to the highest quality standards. We should also add that through the entire project, the crews arrived on site, upbeat, worked with enthusiasm, and supported each other.
