“Simply the finest customer service I’ve ever experienced. My job was the restoration of a tiny bathroom in my 1929 four square, brick home in Hamilton Ontario Canada. I couldn’t believe that any manufacturer would have bothered with my order. Not only were my hard to find 4.25 square inch tiles shipped quickly, but the glaze was exactly as indicated on the sample card. I’m thrilled to be able to replace the original damaged tiles with Heritage’s while preserving the balance of the original decorative features. Great company, lovely staff and such a beautiful product.”

“We are in the process of having a countertop makeover in our kitchen. My wife and I visited Quarzo to look at the many different choices of stone slabs at there site. We were greeted by Abril who showed us the styles of tile they had. She was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us to get an idea of what we were looking for. She sent us home with different samples to see how they matched with our cabinets and floor. I am proud to say we have purchased polished white granite for our kitchen. We are in the process of purchasing a cast iron sink, faucet and garbage disposal. We have not set a date yet for this kitchen install. We are excited to get our new makeover. We are pleased with the service so far. Will add to this review when job is completed.”

“What an incredible place!! I recently discovered this gem of a tile company while visiting Joshua Tree. This is not a typical tile company, they are artists. The owners design the tiles to be laid out in various patterns and you can choose which layout you vibe with most. They’re absolutely gorgeous. They also have a tile gallery inside which is really cool. If you're seeking one-of-a-kind tiles that redefine spaces and spark creativity, this company is a must-visit. Plus, their team is very professional, responsive and will make your ordering process effortless. Highly highly recommended!”

“Julian came out and quoted us on a tear our of our bamboo floors and new tile install. He was prompt and upfront with costs and when he could start the job. He provided the underlayment and grout needed but we picked the tile. He did offer to take us to the tile store to review options but we had already picked out what we wanted. Julian stated he thought the job would take 3 days and it actually took 4 but we ran out of tile and had to get more so that was partially our fault. I felt Julian was a very hard worker and he did an amazing job on the floors! We LOVE them!”

“Tiles Plus More is a terrific resource for my business. A visit to this store is part of our selection process for every kitchen and bath, mudroom and laundry that we design and install here at KitchenVisions. I value their expertise and enormous breadth of knowledge. It is a busy showroom and given all the goings-on, they have ample, (smiling...who finds that anymore?) staff who are always available to help and direct us to new products as well as the standards (3 x 6 subway tile, anyone?). There is a huge selection of beautiful ceramic, porcelain, marble, stone and glass tiles as well as bath and kitchen accessories. I cannot imagine not being able to find the perfect tile for my projects. Their tiles are the 'jewelry', that makes our projects shine that much brighter. I recommend them highly!
